“We stayed in a 2-bedroom condo. Altho much smaller than expected, it was fine for just the 2 of us. The second bedroom is very tiny w/o a closet and there is no dinner table, however, we dined on the outside table all the time anyway. We were able to walk to the grocery store and to restaurants the entire time. The beach in front of the resort is gorgeous. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Villa Renaissance to others. Had a wonderful time!!”

“I hate to give this property a good review because I don't want it to get so popular I can't get in, but it really is a great place to stay. The location is central, the people there are so nice, the units are exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, well appointed. The beach is right there with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. This was our second year at this property and will be our preferred place to stay in the future.”

“This was our 5th time to Grace Bay and by far the best yet. We have stayed at Coral Gardens Villa del Mar, Alexandra and Royal West Indies and this condo at Villa Renaissance is the best of all of them. Everything was beautiful, clean, kitchen well appointed and the view from our 2nd floor patio of Grace Bay was breathtaking. We will definitely be back here next near.”

“Well appointed and maintained unit with a friendly and helpful onsight manager Tyler. Daily housekeeping was great to have. OnSight restaurant was great spot for casual beachfront dinner. Building location next to construction site made for noisy days but we were out of unit for most of those hours so owner offered discount helped to soften the noise.”

“The property was prettier than the photos. Cute little studio. Perfect for a couple. Very quite. The pool was almost and grounds were very pretty. Lush gardens and flowering plants. We walked to the beach and good restaurants were nearby. Mango reef and Baci were both excellent restaurants s. We also rented a car and drove to Chalk Sound.”
