“We just returned from our first visit to Turks and Caicos and exceeded expectations. We like a hotel that is in a good area but not loud and busy. We are so glad to have chosen Royal West Indies for our stay. Grounds were well maintained and it is a beautiful as the pictures. Each "residence" building is only 3 floors so it feels spacious. “I wanna give them a 5 star super friendly staff but rooms feel outdated. AC is not working correct even if we tried to adjust and staff helped us to move to another room still same problem. Way to cold air blowing. No proper sleep and feel exhausted. Bed broke aswell and not comfertable. We had to take massage in order to feel relaxed.. food was Ok. But breakfast not worh it. Very poor and boring selection. Better to spend on local cafes / restaurant. Beach was good and clean. ”
