“The hotel is very new, clean, and smells divine. I wasn't super sure about staying here with children, but it turned out to be totally great and fun given the amenities. The beds were comfy and the room had everything we needed. We didn't go to the casino, so can't comment on that, but as a hotel, you'll definitely enjoy your stay!”

“We liked the smaller size. It was busy sometimes but never chaotic. The breakfasts were excellent with lots of variety to please every family member. We also liked that the hotel had a elevator. It made it easier on my 85 YO Mom.we did not use the hot tube or pool so we don't have a response on them. The staff was great! “Although the room had been "cleaned" it smelled of stale cigarette smoke and dirty carpet. It was a no smoking room. The door knob on the inside of the bathroom was falling off, so you couldn't close the door. The faucet in the sink in the room was dripping, the only chair was dirty, and the upholstery was so worn there were holes in it. We did not stay. We forfeited our payment and left.”

“Front desk staff, Hannah, greeted me with a friendly smile; such a nice welcome at the end of my day’s travel. She was friendly and polite, assisting me with local restaurant and 4th of July event recommendations.
The room was stylish and the bed (mattress and pillows) were very comfortable.
The airport shuttle driver, Vern, met me with a smile for my early morning plane departure.
I will return here again on my next visit through Spokane.”
