“The hotel was clean, but they wouldn’t come clean your room every day after they ask you did you want them to come clean the room every day besides that it is nice big rooms I like that and very convenient convenient in the Oak Brook area. Everything is in Oakbrook that’s why I stayed over here and that’s a perfect location. Do not stay at O’Hare. Stay in Oak Brook if you come stay in Oak Brook area really nice.”

“Wasn't notified that the hottub was broken. When sent text to mirna in answer to how our check in went, I pointed out that the hot tub was broken and I was not informed. Her response was that it was on the website. When we booked there wasn't a problem with the hot tub. The living room tv had lights burned into the screen, when notified they brought another one as soon as we were back in our room. “The location is great. There's so much nearby within walking distance. It's an easy uber drive to Wrigley Stadium and close enought to Cloud gate and river tours. Unfortunately, the elevator was not working during our stay so it meant going up and down 4 flights of stairs. The staff was very friendly! They had just opened a new in house restaurant which is convenient, we just didnt get enough time to try it. ”
