“Great staff but only one working when checking in and one when checking out made it take time and for this level of hotel there should always be resources to add. The room is like all other chain hotel, it´s like all hotel called the same designer and ordered the same furniture, carpet, bathroom setup. So un-personal and boring. Wifi was ok but not high-speed. “Our Premium Corner Room was excellent! Glass from roof to floor around the whole corner Room with automatic Blackout blinds and also sheering curtains! Beautiful views to the lake, to the river, to the skyscrapers! The bed was very comfy too!! My husband loved the living room with a desk where he could work and enjoy the views! Awesome stay!”
