“Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star”

“Nice decor. Next to Sunshine Central mall which is super convenient with many food and retail options. Nice size pool with a view and the gym was handy when it rained.”

“We stayed for 4 days enjoying the kind and thoughtful hospitality provided by Brendan Hamid and Hamada. The recently restored bungalow was fully equipped, very comfortable and had lovely touches like a library of recent books on Penang history its buildings and gardens, flora and fauna. We stayed in a large room on the ground floor which was spotless. The views from the balcony of Georgetown and Butterworth were wonderful. The hotel is very conveniently located close to the Penang Hill...

“At the point I came in, property is indore need of repair. The inner main door handle is broken and requires effort to open from inside especially in view that the door is partially broken. The bathroom also need major overhauling. Sorry I can't honestly give better rating under the present conditions and service.”

“As this was a special occasion for us, we received an upgrade and the room had a wonderful view. The hotel and its rooms has a very nice, elegant design. The room had a luxury feel with nice furniture and large bathroom including a bathtub with a view over the city. Nice! Communication and correspondence before the visit excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We struggled a bit with getting the right temperature from the AC. Breakfast adequate for a few days stay. A bit limited in choices. Staff...

“Central location.”

“Location is a bit far from the center. It takes around 20-30 minutes walk. The breakfast is awful. Was there only once. ”

“整体是不错，空间就是有点小”
