“The room we stayed in at the back of the pub called The Old Barn was amazing. So clean, eco friendly and spacious. We did think the top floor overlooking the lounge area could be utilised better as there was just a massive dining table in there. The staff and dining in the pub was exceptional. ”

“We had a lovely few days stay at Parsons B&B. We loved the decor and style of our room & the house. it is so nice to stay somewhere with ‘soul’. Breakfast was superb, with local fresh tasty produce. David and Allison were both friendly and helpful and the trays of tea and coffee with fresh milk, were very much appreciated after returning from a long walk (and were available any time just by asking). “Rushop Hall är ett förtjusande B&B på den engelska landsbygden. Här bor man i egen liten stuga eller i rum i huvudbyggnaden. Vi blev väl mottagna av värdparet och sov gott i bekväma sängar. “Lea Hurst is a fantastic place to stay , Quiet and secluded. The house is beautifully restored and the room was superb good views over the countryside,, Jen was a superb host and made us feel welcome in her home. Excellent breakfast and the canal path only 5 minutes walk through the garden. Good location for visiting all of the Peak District. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to return ”

“My wife and I stayed for 2 nights at the beginning of December in the Warren room and it was so comfortable! Ziz was the perfect host, what a lovely place the Sheriff Lodge is, close to town and 5 mins from a lovely nearby pub for an evening meal. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice, the homemade granola topped with fruit was the best! Overall a wonderful place to stay and we will return in the summer. Thank you Ziz once again, kind regards Ian & Christine x”

"Really nice place to stay, modern, quiet, great gym and pool. Room was spacious, had everything I needed, clean, comfortable bed. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast wasn't up to the same level as the rest of the experience, which is sad."

"The location was great and the staff tried hard, however, everything else was only just okay. The door lock system does not work well with you having to replace the keys frequently. Also, all the public areas are too small. The worst was getting into the breakfast room there were queues and some days impossible to get in."
