“A well managed property with mid level ammenities which provide good and adequate services ( food, beverages, etc..) Due to the low season and subsequent lower occupancy; restaurants were rotated daily on and off, it was somewhat puzzling to determine which was going to be opened or closed in the evening. “Good experience for the price. The rooms and bathrooms were a bit worn out but the staff were very service minded. We had to change room few times due to humidity and fungi smell. The staff were responsive, helpful and never got defensive when asking for a change.”

“The view from this condo is amazing, gorgeous pool area then the ocean couldn’t get much better. The location is great as it is within easy walking distance to Bucerias and all the great restaurants. Also an easy walk to the grocery stores. The host was great at helping out if you have any questions. ”

“To start with, when booking this stay we were not aware that this room was actually located at Villa La Estancia. Why was this called Beachside Escape? The room was nice but the balcony was shared with the larger unit next door. We were not aware of this and felt awkward using this space. We also felt that it could be a security risk. We noticed a lot of the balconies had partitions up for these reasons. We had a mini fridge, coffee maker but could not plug in the coffee maker as the cord was...

“Limited view of beach, mostly parking lot, Beach and pools were great. There were intermittent elevator problems but we overcame them. Host was very reactive to our needs. Room was a bit outdated but location met our needs of beach and sun. Many excellent restaurants and shopping nearby. ”
