We definitely thought we were getting something better than we actually got given the price we paid. Reservations for the restaurants on site were almost impossible to get. We were told when we got there that no reservations were available for the next 2 - 3 days and that typically reservations need to be made 3 days in advance which makes no sense if your not already there. So we are buffet O for the first 2 days and the food was 2/5, plus none of the food was hot given that was on burners. Our best meal at the buffet was the omelet for breakfast which we ate everyday. Also the fish tacos are pretty decent too besides the fish being saturated in grease Now onto the room. The pictures are very misleading and makes seem like the room is larger than it actually is. It felt very motelish to me especially for the price we paid. Still grateful for it but definitely not what we were expecting. Overall 3/5 but staff and the adult pool made up for it the slightest bit. Definitely better options out there even if you want to budget personally I feel like.

Had a really great stay here with family friends and children large pools activities going on at night food was very good just hard to get into the a la carte restaurants so we were only able to do that one evening out of our seven the staff are lovely especially the poolside staff

We had issues with our room. The tv had black lines running down the screen so the kids didn’t enjoy watching the tv. Aldo the phones were down so in order to get any service we had to go to reception. When we told the lady at reception regarding the phones she very rudely told us that we had to use whatsapp to request services such as room service or anything. When i told her I didn’t have the app so what could i do she said well i can’t help you then. We dealt with it for 2 days. On the third day we found a roach it the bathroom. Needless to say we did not have a good experience here. Even though we were moved to a different room after it still soured the experience for us. Other than that the pool was nice but closes at 8pm daily. The food at the buffet is was average. Definitely book the restaurants instead if you can find a reservation available.

2 wings of the Building is a bit old, while the central one in front is newer. The pool was beautiful and clean as the staff were on-top of their duties. However, the food was poor, especially the restaurants that required booking (Hacienda). The buffet was ok with nothing spectacular. We kept going back there as it had more options and we could mix the meals with some sauces to add taste. I've had better meals at other all-inclusive resorts.

This is definitely an older hotel. The pool is large and nice (although there is black grout along the top that needs to be cleaned). However it was very annoying getting a spot at the pool as many people put their towels down and then go elsewhere taking up the majority of the pool chairs by 9am. It was easier finding a chair at the beach, which we preferred anyways. The à la carte restaurants were good, and the Mexican was the tastiest. The breakfast buffet was good but dinner and lunch could be dicey, it was disappointing there was never fresh guacamole which is what every resort on the Riviera Maya side I have been to had. There wasn’t a lot of Mexican food at the buffet at all unfortunately. The fish tacos at the grill were very good and a go to almost every day. Overall, the staff were nice but most did not go above and beyond, the pool and beach were good but the hotel needs upgrades and some more amenities as there were always line ups for everything and the buffet got very crowded with no real signage as to which direction people should go. We had a fun time, but I don’t think I would return as this resort didn’t really stand out in comparison to others.

we stayed for 2 weeks in a studio, double bedroom. Overall, it was a good stay but there were a few things I would want to point out for management. Pros: friendly, helpful staff. Great food selection at the buffet, location to the beach, safe community. Cons: room didn't have any towel racks, shower water went from scalding hot to freezing without warning. Location was farther than anticipated from PV and cost $40 CDN for a taxi. Activities: not alot of variety and nightly entertainment usually lasted 30 minutes and then super quiet after 8:30pm. kids club was supposed to be geared towards 4-10 year olds but my 9 year old said it was for little kids. Teen area (11-18) had a room with table tennis, video games and a pool table. It opened up to adults for like an hour each night. Overall, it was a good experience but I wouldn't go back for more than a week

Rooms- The check-in starts your vacation down in a an underground room. On the way to this room, there are multiple broken tiles and renovation needed almost everywhere you look. The rooms were clean and beds were nice. But, the rooms were still in need of touch-ups (missing paint, faded mirrors, etc.) and had an older smell to them. The two ATM machines were broken so we had to go next door to the competing hotel to use theirs. Poole/bars- As far as the pool goes, every chair at the pool is reserved with someone’s towel before 7 am. If you don’t reserve by this time, you won’t have a seat available while your kids are swimming. The swimming pools were great! The family pool is fun and there’s a separate pool for adults. Please NOTE they have pictures of a water slide on their website that is non existent at this resort. The kids zone/pool was very run down and our children only played there for less than an hour due to this. The bars had a wide variety and the staff was great, but you do have to tell them or tip them to make sure you get alcohol, because they have almost none in them. Lastly, the lines to get a drink are a minimum of 5-10 min. Food- The buffet and snack bars have great food. The staff takes forever to get your drinks (usually when your finished eating). But it has great options for vegetarian for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The three restaurants that are here are a 5 out of 10. The Asian restaurant has great food and staff. The other ones are terrible

The hotel and room was simple and clean. My biggest disappointment was the pool area. The other hotel guests would wake up extremely early or maybe even put items out the night before to reserve pool loungers. the pool rules and sign says not to do so but it happened every single day and I would watch some of the chairs stay empty for hours. We said something to the staff, but they told us they can’t do anything about it. The food was mediocre at best. We ended up going out most nights to enjoy authentic Mexican cuisine. The beach was great for the kids and if you’re looking to stay close to bucerias this was a good spot.

For a slightly older, smaller resort they do a fantastic job. The staff were amazing, location and surroundings are stunning. The food was good. A little more to do at night for entertainment would have been nice, however they don’t really have the space for “shows”.

Property is decent, but there is so much moisture in the air that many of the rooms smell like mildew and mold. After leaving the balcony door and front door open for several hours, it dissipates, but you still smell it throughout the hotel - especially in the elevators. That is the biggest downside to this hotel for sure. The other piece is the amenities. Outside of the beach - which is terrific - and pool, there isn't much in terms of activities. Bikes are only available to those 13 and up and you have to go on a tour with the hotel. No pickleball, basketball or tennis courts. No ping pong, other than the teen centre (but adults aren't allowed in). The food was overall very good, even the buffet. If you book through expedia, you get some extra options for booking reservations but will still unlikely get them the first two nights you arrive. Location is great. Beach is amazing, and while the loungers and umbrellas around the pool are tough to get, there are always open ones on the beach. It was nice to be close enough to Bucerias to be able to walk in to town. Sayulita is a nice day trip as well. The staff were excellent overall.

Our stay was very good, the only complaint I would have is that the water bottles in our room were not replaced on a daily basis. The staff at this resort is outstanding , especially Miguel in the buffet who treated us like family and Norma who kept everything nice a clean and was super friendly

Hotel was a good pick with kids nothing facy, but clean and comfortable. Hotel accomodated our needs to have 3 rooms all side by side. Rooms smelled musty and damp but understandable in the humidity, once air was on it improved. 1 buffet, breakfast and lunch were good but dinner was 5/10, disapointed in no mexican cuisine.

Great hotel, friendly staff. Lacking a bit of night life, the sports bar could be improved. Food was decent, pools were nice, beach and view are great.

Resort needs lots of updates. Staff is freindly and helpful. The food was hit or miss, overall a 6/10 for food. The entertainment was horrible compared to most resorts.
