“Room was great, and service was very good. Jesus at the pool is "ONE of a kind" great guy always wanting to make you happy, he really went the extra mile to make our vacation so much fun. Santana treated us like family with great service and always a very happy smile. great service at pool area. last 2 days of our stay was over run with children in the main pool, hot tubs and and sitting on ALL the stools at the swim up bar, driving the adults with no kids away. “Good experience for the price.
The rooms and bathrooms were a bit worn out but the staff were very service minded.
We had to change room few times due to humidity and fungi smell. The staff were responsive, helpful and never got defensive when asking for a change.”
