En avskild undanflygning ger en möjlighet att föryngra eller kanske att återuppliva en romantik i en lyxstudio .... Denna plats på fyra privata tunnland är dock centralt för restauranger, shopping, vandring och kul i det höga landet. Den här egenskapen är naturen på sitt bästa. Din uteplats ger utsikt - och ljud - av Creek nedanför och skönheten i bergen ovan, som ger solsken och ett skogsområde som ger sval skugga på sommaren. Våren ger många sångfåglar och en full rörlig hög ström; Sommaren ger bär, berglaurbær och infödda Rhododendron, medan sensommaren ger fjärilar på ett expansivt område på Creek. Vandringsmöjligheter längs Blue Ridge Parkway och NC Mountains to Sea Trail är en snabb körning över vår kulle, och New River kan nås ungefär en mil bort. Det finns många alternativ för restauranger som ligger cirka 20 minuter bort i Boone och i den charmiga staden West Jefferson. På vintern hittar du skidåkningsalternativ som börjar cirka 45 minuter bort i Blowing Rock med bok eller sockerberg längre ut. It was great for what we wanted but my only complaint was tha there was no light over the sink in the bathroom and couldn’t see to apply makeup. We were served delicious breakfast pastry on our last morning and enjoyed eating it outside on the patio.

The property itself was beautiful and quiet. The unit was a little tight for us older adults to move around, not much room. Also the bed for us was just not comfortable.We also did not see anywhere online that the unit did not have air. For us older adults, it just did not work.

Noises and weird

It seemed that the owner was doing construction upstairs and they worked until midnight both nights and started early so it was very noisy, there was tape over the door knob telling us not to remove and you would not have been able to lock the door

We had a lovely couples getaway. This place is the perfect hideaway and we loved using the fireplace. The little creek is a short walk from the house and we got the blessing of seeing a few inches of snow while we were here. It was beautiful. I would love to stay again in the future!

Honeymoon Suite

Peaceful Getaway Retreat to Celebrate our Anniversary

This property is in the basement of the host's home. They have fixed up a very nice little apartment and made wonderful use of space. Everything we needed was included. They left information about the area which we found helpful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch looking at the view, listening to the stream and listening to those windchimes. The windchimes may be the most beautiful I have ever heard. We enjoyed our stay and would book again if wanting to come to this area.

Comfy and Cozy Little Getaway

We spent the weekend at your wonderful rental once again and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean and comfortable. I absolutely love the wind chimes. We sat on the bench outside as the sun was setting Friday Night and listened to the creek and the wind chimes. So relaxing.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Hidden Secret. Everything was as described and the studio was super clean. It’s perfect for a couple :) The hosts were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions we had. The nature is absolutely beautiful and the sound of water is so soothing and relaxing. We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio despite it being cold :)

Wow! What a breathtaking property!

If you want to stay in the mountains with BEAUTIFUL view, this is it!!!! I stayed here alone to explore the beauty of the mountains in NC. Rich and Pat are the hostesses with the mostesess! They were so helpful and knowledgable giving me suggestions on where to go eat, shop, and hike. I am a people person who loves relationships, so I loved feeling like I was family when I stayed here. Did I mention the beautiful property? Many of my friends asked me to share this property after they saw my social media posts.

Hidden secret

Very cozy and quiet with a beautiful view. The cat visitor was a nice touch and super cute. We had a great stay and Jefferson state park is right down the road with an amazing Mountain View. Would definitely stay again for a weekend getaway.

Wonderful spot for a quiet get away. This VRBO was convenient to several local towns and restaurants for shopping, food, and entertainment. The accommodations were fabulous and the owners were wonderful hosts. The natural areas of the property were beautiful and the views were great.

Lovely hideaway

The house was difficult to find especially since the day turned to night and the area is heavily treed. The apt. Was exactly liked the picture in VRBO. Cozy, comfortable. The outside is beautiful! Garden. Sloping terrain. Changing leaves. Peaceful.

Overflow family

We chose this listing for my brothers visit. Our home is about 10 minutes away. We needed a place for overflow guests visiting here for the 41st Annual New River Canoe Race. This property was perfect. My brother was comfortable and we would choose this property again, especially with its proximity to both West Jefferson and Boone.
