“This was a cute little rental that was as described. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were accommodating and very responsive. I was impressed to learn it’s been in service for over 20 years. Loved the clubhouse and general atmosphere— reminded me of family vacations as a child in the 1990s… so quaint!! Reception and WiFi is not terrific so it was a great opportunity to play games as a family and take to the outdoors. We plan to return next year. Thank you!!!”

“The host was wonderful...made sure everything was set for the stay. The location was very convenient for the horse show and in a lovely, secluded spot. Quiet and serene. The bed was very comfortable. There were some issues with the unit which I passed along to the host. Because of the wooded locale, there is a prevalent musty smell which did not dissipate. “Overall this is a nice place. Very clean! Parking was tight, walls were thin, I could hear the neighbor upstairs coughing/walking. The bed made noise every time I turned. Don’t expect your bed/mattress from home. The fire place was beautiful and it was def a warm place to sleep. Make sure to bring money to tip the house keeper/maintenance guy(if needed). “The strong odor that greets you, should’ve been our first sign to leave. This place is not updated. It was a private room but a shared building, which was surprising. The unit was old, not updated, and appeared that the owner just found cheap old furniture. There were no spare linens, stains on the walls/ceilings, and none of the windows would lock, meaning anyone could open them from the outside. It is a huge safety concern.”

“What I’m writing is not the fault of the property—they don’t control the weather—but just information for future travelers so they can plan better than we did.This is really more of a winter resort.
