“Beautiful home in a great location! Extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming. Margaretville is close by for shopping. The kitchen has everything you need to cook meals but if you’re looking for a nice dinner out the Hidden Inn in South Kortright is outstanding. Paula is a great host and available if needed. Highly recommend this home ! Will definitely be back again!”

“The host was lovely however I regret to say that the place was filthy. The cluttered kitchen had a layer of grime on everything, all the dishes and pots and pans looked dirty, the garbage pail in the kitchen hadn't been emptied, the box holding the paper towels was dusty and full of crumbs, and the tea kettle was so grungy that I didn't even want to touch it. “The host was amazing and was very helpful. He responded as soon as possible every single time I texted him. The property was amazing very spacious, nice and clean. The grill and the fire pit outside was well prepared for the guest. We were there only for one day and had an amazing time. The only problem I had was we didn’t know that one of the room didn’t had AC and in the middle of the night it was too hot that I couldn’t sleep at all. There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! ”

“Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame.
