“My stay here was wonderful! We were greeted by TJ, the very kind host, who immediately made us feel welcome and at home. The property itself was gorgeous, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax. Our room was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
I came for the Oasis show at the Rose Bowl, and my biggest concern was parking—because who wants to deal with that awful traffic before and after the show? TJ had the perfect solution....
“I like the concept of the virtual lobby, except for when the access code stopped working and no one was on site. I don’t have a U.S. phone number, so calling for help was very expensive, but I had no choice.
The property itself is modern and generally well-maintained, but the cleaning staff tends to slack off. They don’t clean the corners of the floors, leave hair in the shower, and don’t properly clean the toilet and the sink.
It’s a shame, because the place really has potential. Great...

“The staff at the front desk was super helpful during check in. I was in a room with an adjoined door and at one point my neighbor did try opening the door and rattled the doorknob, but that's really not the hotels fault - the other guest probably just didn't know what the door led to. So just be aware that some of the first floor two level suites are adjouined. The outdoor patio was super cute and a nice place to go sit and have coffee in the morning! The pool is RIGHT above the recessed patio...
“What an outstanding three day stay at the AC hotel everyone from Marco, the hotels housekeeping manager to Anthony at the front desk to Vanessa at the breakfast table. Employees are top notch. It’s incredible because the hotel is relatively new. Rooms are clean and modern.

“Stayed three nights. The first night the toilet was clogged. Maintenance tried to fix it (and said they did) but it almost immediately was clogged again. We asked for a new room, but they said they didn't have any. First evening/night/morning we had to use the toilet in the lobby. They fixed it the next day but left a mess in the bathroom, which weren't cleaned up. We had to explicitly ask to have the room cleaned the day after that.
