It was self checkin and everyone who was checking in had issues so someone had to come and help. For a 4 star at this price, it should not be self checkin. I had an issue with the room and they changed me immediately but the walls at this hotel very thin, you could hear everything from the room next door. Gym and pool was not included it was an extra...

âReally nice place to stay, modern, quiet, great gym and pool. Room was spacious, had everything I needed, clean, comfortable bed. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast wasn't up to the same level as the rest of the experience, which is sad.â

âThis really was an excellent stay. We were a bit apprehensive due to some of the reviews about rooms being tired, so we specifically asked and paid for a refurbished room (40 in total). We also had a pitch view room, which is a unique experience.
Checked in at reception in 10 seconds flat, the same for checking out.
Room spotless, newly refurbished, great shower, comfy bed, canât ask for anymore than that.
Just off Middlebrook retail park with loads to do â
âBeen twice now, the staff are so helpful, rooms lovely and clean. Very comfy beds, so handy to Bury market which is a bonus.

"I stayed at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had excellent soundproofing â despite being directly at the airport, I couldnât hear a single plane, which made the stay calm and relaxing.
However, there were a few issues that brought the impression down. The AC control panel was so worn that some buttons were completely missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature without improvising with a needle from the sewing kit provided in the room. One of the floor lamps had the wrong type of low-energy bulb installed, which flickered heavily when turned on, so we ended up having to unscrew it. On top of that, there were hairs on one of the shower towels, which is something that simply should not happen at a hotel of this standard.
In summary, the hotel delivered on the essentials â great service, comfort, and impressive soundproofing â but the maintenance and housekeeping details definitely need more attention to truly match the Radisson brand expectations."
