The property is a straight shot to UF and only takes about 40 minutes. The hostess was wonderful and we hope to stay here again soon!”

“Pool for swimming, IF you are afraid of swimming with the St Johns River creatures. A canal for fishing with all the after fishing perks. Loads of seating areas outside for talking, games, eating, sunning, reading..... There is even a lone bench, I called the "discipline bench", if you have a child OR adult that needs a timeout! A huge deck over the canal and you can even do some "Florida Glamping" in the bunkhouse. IT IS a "Backyard Oasis"!!!! ”

“Property was great. Had all the things to do there. Kayaks,John boat,paddleboat, cornhole,firepit etc... only thing i would recommend would be a bigger size bed in the upstairs bedroom. ”

“Wonderfully equipped property, couldn’t ask for more. House and grounds were exceptionally clean and organized when we arrived. Very spacious for two family gathering. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook full dinners; extra appliances; plenty of cookware; and ample dining areas (inside and out). We rented house for a boating weekend on the St. John’s River. Great views in all directions. Fun restaurants on the river close by. I even kayaked across the river one morning to watch sunrise, and...
