Spacious and welcoming three-room apartment on the second floor of a historic building without a lift. Equipped with all comforts, it consists of a double bedroom (with the possibility of single beds), a study room with wardrobe, a spacious living room with kitchenette, a bathroom with shower. Located near the San Marco district, a few meters from the Accademia Gallery and the Duomo and close to the San Lorenzo market. Wifi connection and air conditioning.

Service limitation: The permitted temperature values in our flat are 19° C (+ 2° C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. According to the Decree No. 383 of 6/10/2022 of the Ministry of Ecological Transition, for the winter season, the period of switching on the systems for the City of Florence is allowed from 8 November to 7 April, for a maximum of 11 hours per day.
Pay attention to your house keys. In case of loss or non-delivery of keys, a fee of 50 Euro will be charged for the replacement of the lock for security reasons.
For urgent work caused by the guest outside office hours (10 p.m. to 8 a.m.) a payment of 100 € will be charged.
As per italian law n°214/2011 (art. 40.1) the italian police require us to report our guests' identification details . The info that guests are required to provide include a valid ID and resident address .   . City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 7 nights
