Alla sovrum och badrum med myggnät och anti-mygglampor.
Sovrummen är 1 dubbelsäng med 1 dubbelsäng eller 2 enkelsängar, 1 enkelrum och 1 terrassrum med 1 enkel bäddsoffa och 1 dubbelsäng (det är inte möjligt att ha 2 separata enkelsängar). Det finns inga bäddsoffor i vardagsrummet och detta är inte möjligt

This penthouse apartment is beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Marianna began communicating with me early with all of the details about checking in which was a smooth process. The washing ng machine was broken by previous renters and the part was not coming in until after we were to leave so our host refunded some of our money and then picked up our dirty clothes herself so she could wash and dry them and get them back the next day. She helped us line up taxis for a day trip and to get back to the train station when we’re departed from Florence. The apartment is lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and towels. The kitchen was well appointed and had paper towels, some snacks and a bottle of water and prosecco. The location was central and within walking distance of everything we visited. I highly recommend the apartment and Marianna who will take good care of you!!

Amazing location with all the amenities

Look no further - This is an exceptional property! It was perfect for my husband and I, and our three college-aged daughters. With 3 BR and 2 bath, this apartment had more than enough room for all of us to spread out while still allowing us to gather together to cook a meal in the well stocked kitchen or enjoy a glass of wine on one of the three beautiful terraces. Marianna, the host, was also wonderful. She was very helpful even before our trip. Because it was our first time in Italy, we had many questions. She was very quick to respond and gave us many helpful recommendations to enjoy while we were visiting. A couple of things to note: This property has amazing views of the Duomo and is on the top floor of the building. There are about 3 flights of stairs to climb but they are very easy and we had no trouble. The main bathroom is huge! My three daughters and I were easily able to get ready together at the same time. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook an amazing meal. There were also some basic seasonings and oils to use as well as many ways to make coffee/espresso in the morning. The location of this property was perfect! Only a couple of minutes to the Duomo, shops and restaurants. The grocery store is right down the street and there is a library right next door. We walked everywhere in the city!I highly recommend this property and Marianna. If we ever return to Florence, we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful apartment in a great location, 5 minute walk from duomo. Each bedroom with AC (as well as other rooms). Nice kitchen with nearby grocer (also 5 minute walk). Marianna was extremely responsive. Highly recommended!

Florence felt like home, and this property was a big part of that. Marianna was so responsive and took care of us from the moment we booked. Everything was clean and perfect- and the location couldn't be better. Super close to all cafe's, shopping, and groceries. And an easy walk to the central plaza and train station, we never needed a car except a taxi to the airport. The beds were all comfy, and sitting on the terrace eating breakfast with views of the dome was so special! Just be ready to climb some stairs to get into the apartment!

Spacious home in a great location

Marianna’s home is lovely and in a great location - less than 5 minute walk to the duomo, 10 min to Piazza della Signoria, 15 to the central market and train station. The home is spacious with good separation between the bedroom/kitchen area from the living room. The second bathroom is in the living room area and both bathrooms were nicely appointed and stocked with items. The beds were comfortable and additional linens were available if needed. We had 5 adults and all were comfortable in their rooms. The check-in process would have been easy but our phones were not working properly to get the door code that was provided on WhatsApp. Download all of the information necessary before you get there because the concrete stairwell appeared to block the phone signal. Perfect home base!

The apartment is gorgeous and the view is amazing! There are lots of stairs but so worth it. We had plenty of space and were so comfortable. The location is very central and you can walk easily to all of the main attractions in Florence. It does get a bit noisy at night but nothing a white noise machine can’t fix. Nothing beats looking out your window to a perfect view of the Duomo! The kitchen is well appointed and the main bathroom is very large with a nice shower and two sinks. Marianna was a wonderful host, she was proactive, helpful, and very responsive and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with her and would absolutely come back again and again!

Beautiful flat in Florence!

Myself and two longtime friends stayed in this flat. The first thing we noticed as we entered was how VERY CLEAN and well-appointed it was. We were quite pleased and appreciated this! Thank you Marianna! The flat was spacious, we each had our own bedroom; the kitchen had everything we needed. Marianna had a bottle of wine and other beverages for us and some yummy snacks to get started. The place has 3 terraces, but we found ourselves using the one off of the kitchen the most - coffee in the morning, a bite to eat, and enjoying a glass of wine and the view. We felt very safe here and it was quiet. Marianna was attentive but not intrusive. She checked in with us periodically to make sure we had what we needed. Upon request, she scheduled a taxi ride for us to the train station when it was time to leave. She also had a space for us to store our luggage after we checked out before our train ride back to Rome. There is no lift up to the flat. This was NOT an issue for us; for others it could be. This flat is well cared for and loved. We treated it like we would our own home. Would definitely recommend Marianna’s flat and would stay here again. Thank you Marianna!! We loved our stay!

Loved everything about it

Beautiful apartment, exactly as described. A close walk to everything. Marianna bent over backwards to help us. Will stay here again. Really loved it. (There's a children's school sharing the square, can get raucous during the day. But bedrooms are extremely quiet if you need a nap.)

Wonderful and Unique

A great apartment and location. The view is spectacular from the balconies (of which there are three)! Marianna was a great host and very thorough in her communication for check in/out as well as recommendations for activities in Florence. The hoist we well appointed with everything you’ll need. Our only regret is that we didn’t book for longer. Thanks, Marianna!

Magnificient views of the Duomo!

The property is well maintained with thoughtful touches throughout home (bottle wine, bread, jam) and felt like home! In addition, Marianna was always available to assist with our stay with suggestions or scheduling car service. We enjoyed our stay!

Great family place in central location

We cannot say enough good things about our stay in Florence! Marianna was an amazing host that ensured we had everything we needed and she quickly jumped on any issues that came up. The views from the upstairs bedroom are amazing both day and night! The apartment is centrally located so that you can stop back by during the day for a break. The grocery store are numerous restaurants are all within easy walking distance.
