A very spacious stay and open plan with high ceilings. 3 bathrooms were perfect. A very modern villa. AC included but centrally set at 18 so was still very hot in this heatwave. 63 steps to climb (no lift) with luggage made it sniffling hot and a hard climb.

Pros: Property was located conveniently. Host gave great suggestions for eating out and places to sight see. Apartment is large and has two bedrooms with full bathrooms, a loft bedroom, washer/ dryer, third full bathroom, and much more! Cons: Somewhat loud at night due to restaurants on lower street level. It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning couldn’t seem to keep up. Sleeping was uncomfortable due to high temps.

Great apartment in Piazza Santo Spirito

The place is very modern and new on the inside. Although very comfortable it had a few minor quirks such as lack of lighting in bathrooms and no place to put anything in one of the showers. Location is fantastic if you like a lot of activity close by.

We knew that there was no elevator but it was not stated that we had 5 flights of stairs (the heat did not help). The WiFi did not work properly and when we asked we were told that it must not be working right now, showers were either extremely cold or extremely hot with no in-between, the refrigerator beeped and water had a bad taste. The loft bedroom was in one of the bedrooms and the A/C did not do much to cool the apt. Three bathrooms were nice to have and the IKEA furniture made it look quite nice but the beds were very uncomfortable. The location was directly in Piazza Santo Spirito which was great but it was a 25-30 minute walk from the train station.

Nice host. Easy check in process but they do try to work around your check in time due to servicing multiple check in at properties during the day . Property was efficient, accessible, clean, and within walking distance to everything. Locals really nice at eateries. Attractions extremely close by. Only had a few minor issues which was the dryer not functioning properly to dry but washing function was fine. Only other issue i would note for management is just more privacy with the shutters for windows and windows covering for day and night. Other than that the home was spacious clean and management team/host was lovely . I would stay here again on my next return trip soon. I must mention there are stairs to go up to apartment. So make sure you understand their is no lift but I think location and comfort makes up for the small quirks. Church and food literally right next to apartment . Yes, i mean literally walk out the door and restitants are in units below next door. You can always reach out to property for questions they are always willing to help during the process. Thank you for a lovely stay . Appreciate all your help.
