The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with good amenities and excellent access to downtown. Nearby is the Parco delle Cascine, ideal for walking, jogging, or biking, as well as the Visarno Arena, a picturesque summer venue for concerts, festivals, events, and exhibitions.

The apartment is laid out as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (4-burner gas stove, refrigerator, moka pot, dishwasher, oven, and various kitchen utensils), flat-screen TV, dining table, and single sofa bed;

- BEDROOM with a French-style double bed (width: 140 cm) and a closet;

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;

- BALCONY (at the apartment entrance).



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, air conditioning (split-system units in the living room and bedroom), washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and clothesline.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Florence Climate Zone D: 11 hours per day from November 8 to April 7.



Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharge:

between 9:00 PM and 11:00 PM >> €25

between 11:00 PM and 12:00 >> €30

after 24:00 >> €40.

The neighborhood is a short distance from both Florence’s historic center and the Cascine Park.

- From Santa Maria Novella Station, you can reach the apartment by taking bus line 17, departing from the Stazione Scalette stop and getting off at the Toselli Bellini stop, which is a 4-minute walk from the apartment.



- If you’re traveling by car, parking is not included. You can park (for a fee) at the Garage Porpora parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the property.
