“We loved everything about this place. So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. The whole place and guest experience are designed with great care and attention to detail. We felt right at home and would return in a heartbeat. If there was one point of critique: I wish the listing had made clear the additional cost...

“The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

“This apartment had 3 bedrooms all with their own attached bathrooms. The place is charming and well maintained. The location is walkable to many of the historic attractions of Florence. Our travel plans were delayed and luggage was lost, the host was accommodating and responsive providing me with suggestions where to purchase necessities. Thought our luggage didn’t arrive during our stay, the host was prepared to provide remote entry if they were delivered so that we could get out and enjoy...

“The great things about this accommodation is the location: only a few tram stops from the airport and 3 minutes walk from the station ( the same tram takes you to the main station in central area in 20 min ). And all rooms including the kitchen and bathroom seemed very very clean and looked after, no dust or hairs! Catia was very friendly and easy to deal with. Only thing was that you are actually sharing the kitchen when/ if there are other travellers staying in the flat which I didn’t realise...

"Supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Speciellt kvinnan vid frukosten. Hon var helt fantastisk hur hon såg och hjälpte alla gäster och mig. Underbart god och varierad frukost. Rummet var fint, rent och tillgänglighetsanpassat på ett mycket bra sätt som jag behövde. Läget var helt makalöst bra!"
