“The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. “The great things about this accommodation is the location: only a few tram stops from the airport and 3 minutes walk from the station ( the same tram takes you to the main station in central area in 20 min ). And all rooms including the kitchen and bathroom seemed very very clean and looked after, no dust or hairs! Catia was very friendly and easy to deal with. Only thing was that you are actually sharing the kitchen when/ if there are other travellers staying in the flat which I didn’t realise...

“The location is amazing and very central to most local attractions. Spacious, clean accommodations and amenities were great. Host provided shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing supplies & enough towels & hand towels. Breakfast is vouchers to the cafe about 5-6 min walk that included pastry & cappuccino/latte/Americano. Price is reasonable and definitely a gem of a place. Wi-fi was great no connectivity issues.”
