Prestigious apartment for rent in Florence in the central Via dell'Oriuolo a stone's throw from the Duomo and all the main monuments of Florence. The house is located on the first floor of a magnificent historic building with a lift. Furnished with great taste, with a nice mix of ancient and modern elements, the apartment consists of large common areas, living room, dining room and kitchen, two double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with tub and one with shower). The house also has two terraces, one of which is very large, which overlooks a garden.

The perfect location in the heart of Florence, the wide spaces and the numerous comforts are the business cards of this exceptional family. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet connection, washing machine, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking.

Overall our stay was quite good. The hosts allowed us to drop off our bags before check-in, allowing us to begin our visit eurned after to Florence. However, when we returned a couple of hours after check-in time, our room had still not been cleaned. This was extremely frustrating, but the hosts acted quickly, and the 2 Percys did a quick, thorough job getting things right. The only other blemish was one bedroom did not have a working t.v. That being said, the apartment is beyond spacious, the kitchen is adequately equipped and the location is ideal for visiting the city.

Great location!

Our family of 4 chose this listing last minute as we decided to stay overnight in Florence. Very close to everything. Property manager met us and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. The apartment was huge. Lots of space. We didnt spend a whole lot of time inside as we were out sightseeing. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were nice and modern. Each room had its on AC unit which was nice after a long hot day of walking. We were only there for a night but would have enjoyed a longer stay if we had more time. 15 minute walk to train station, less than 5 minute walk to Duomo. Souvenir shops and cafés very close also.

Lage, Grösse, Innenhof,ruhig, Fahrstuhl - Mangelhafte Ausstattung der Küche Unvollständige Ausstattung der Schlafzimmer, fleckige Teppiche, fehlende Nachttische und Lämpchen. Defekte Kübel in beiden Bädern, gebrochene Wc-bürste, kein warmes Duschwasser in einem der Bäder, unbrauchbare kaputte Stehlampe im Wohnzimmer. Vernachlässigte Terrasse mit verdorrten Pflanzen, keinem Tisch und mit nur einem Stuhl! Schade um die schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Heart of Florence

Very comfortable, charming apartment! Walking distance to everything and very close to Il Duomo and a great coffee place. No screens on the doors though and we had a few mosquitos ;) But highly recommend this apartment!

Great location but very austere apartment

While the apt is incredibly spacious and on a phenomenal location, don’t expect much beyond that. Little to no furniture, which makes the place uninviting and cold. No place to hang your clothes after a wash, nothing available in the kitchen.. as in nothing; no paper towels, no napkins, no essentials (salt, pepper, sugar, etc.) It is rare to find such a spacious short term rental in Europe but despite that, we wouldn’t go back to this apartment.

Great location

Great location with easy walking distance to the popular sites. Clean large bedrooms with updated bathrooms with modern furnishings. Large patio but no furnishings and new kitchen appliances but no cooking oil or salt/pepper, papper towel and could not figure out what type of coffee pods to use in coffee machine.

Fabulous Location....nice overall property

Pros - very close to Duomo; lots of space; nicely updated bathrooms; decent AC Cons - missing some basic essentials (ie, papertowels); check in is somewhat limiting (have to meet someone and hard to time exactly when you'll arrive); lost electricity during our stay and took a bit to get info on resolving the issue; couldn't figure out how to work second bathroom shower and they weren't helpful in figuring it out (but we were just there 2 days so we both used the one bathroom shower) Would be good to have some FAQs, explaining things like to turn off most things in the apartment before using hair dryer; where to find the electrical panel if it is tripped. I would still stay here again and recommend it, there's just room for some improvement

Location was great and check-in/check-out process was easy and efficient. Vladimir was fantastic and communicated well with WhatsApp. The house was clean and had all the basics needed for our stay. We loved Florence and would stay at this location again. New Bridge Pizza Club is close by and food was delicious.

Beautiful apartment, not enough furniture

This place is a lovely spacious Florentine apartment with a beautiful courtyard below. It would be a five star if there was more furniture - there is none on the terrace and not enough in the living room. Also, we were each given only one pillow and one towel for five nights. There should be more linens and pillows.

Spacious, quiet apartment

This is a spacious apartment very centrally located. Overall, we had a good stay and the host was very responsive when issues did come up. A couple of notes to be aware of: Pros: Large space with high ceilings; good response time; air conditioning works well; has a clothes washer; has an iron and ironing board; has an elevator; has good wifi; nice size refrigerator, balconies overlook a cute garden. Cons: This is common in places we stayed in Italy, but the electric can't handle the oven or washer at the same time as A/C; you have to be very careful not to turn the door key to the left because it locks the door from both sides. We didn't get that communication clearly enough and got locked out and in of the apartment for about an hour while the host tried to get the door open. Overall, it was a great place but be prepared for those couple of things.
