The Space

Located on the first floor of a sophisticated building (please note, there is no elevator), the apartment is spread over three distinct levels for a spacious and versatile living experience.

On the central level, you’ll find a welcoming living area with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen — perfect for cooking up meals using local ingredients. This floor also includes a luxurious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower.

Downstairs, there is a cozy double bedroom, ideal for restful nights after exploring Florence.

Upstairs, you’ll discover another double bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a dedicated workspace — perfect for remote work or planning your next adventure.

Modern amenities include fast WiFi, a washing machine, and air conditioning (currently only in the upper bedroom), ensuring a comfortable stay for up to four guests.

Recently renovated, the apartment offers a modern ambiance while maintaining a warm and homely feel.

Please note: The apartment spans three floors and may not be suitable for guests with mobility challenges.



Guest Access

Check-in is available between 3 PM and 7 PM.

As there is no reception, please inform us of your exact arrival time at least 24 hours in advance.

Any late check-in must be arranged and approved in advance.

Early and late check-ins incur an extra fee:



From 12 PM to 3 PM: €10 (€15 on weekends)

From 7 PM to 8 PM: €25

From 8 PM to 10 PM: €35

From 10 PM to Midnight: €45

No check-ins after midnight unless agreed in advance.
