Well-located to roam through Florence. A little trouble finding the place as Google Maps and Apple Maps didn't agree. Host didn't perform check-in in-person so little things like how to work the heaters were a mystery. Overall a decent stay for 5 people which is tough to find in Florence.

This location was super convenient being seven minutes from the train station. Having stayed there in late March and chilly weather the apartment has three wall-mounted units which kept the place warm. We were a family of four and the two bathrooms helped avoid conflicts. Host communicated with us promptly. We would stay here again - which we rarely do btw.

In the heart of Florence.

We didn’t realize how close we were to everything in downtown Florence. Everything important was in quick walking distance. Lovely place, we enjoyed it very much.

Excellent Location in the Heart of Florence

We will definitely be back and stay here if available. Right in the heart of downtown and walking distance to the train station and many attractions. Giovanni and Francesca were both punctual and great communicators.

Perfect for our stopover in Florence

We only had one night and day to visit Florence and this apartment was perfect for us. Everything was walkable and it was clean, functional and thankfully had AC because it was almost 100 degrees. Giovanni was a great host with very helpful and prompt replies to our questions. Next time we will stay here longer in beautiful Florence.

Excellent property for families

My family of four had an outstanding stay at this property in Florence. Excellent location. Close enough to walk to all main areas of the city and far enough away to avoid the crowds. Host was incredibly accommodating and provided excellent dinner and gelato recommendations. Unit was comfortable and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Beautiful apartment in a great location. We enjoyed staying here. When a local friend wanted to stay with us, we were charged an additional 50 euro, which was annoying. There is a courtyard right off the apartment but you do not have access to it, and someone kept taking phone calls in it, talking loudly and disturbing our kids as they tried to sleep. Other than that, it was well-appointed and clean. It was a nice spot to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring.

Fantastic

What a beautiful apartment, so clean and new. After traveling a few weeks through Italy and staying at some places that were not what I thought I booked, it was refreshing to walk into a place that looked like their photos! Highly recommend location is fantastic as we had luggage and came from the train station so was only 5/10 min walk. Thank you for an amazing stay. We will be back

Perfect stay, wonderful host, amazing location

This apartment was exactly what we needed and the location could not be beat! Great restaurants and gelato at our doorstep! Walking distance to all the great things to see! Our host was friendly and very responsive! My daughter needed to use the wifi for a job interview in the states and Giovanni assured me she would be fine with a great wifi connection and he was right! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you for everything!
