Welcome to the heart of Florence, where Renaissance elegance combines with modern comfort! This apartment for rent, located in via della Scala, is a real gem in the city center, a few steps from Florence central station.

Just renovated, this space is an oasis of modernity and brightness. Upon entering, you will be greeted by a large and airy living room, where a cozy sofa invites you to relax after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen is ready to welcome your culinary talents, with everything you need to prepare delicious dishes.

With three bedrooms and a charming mezzanine accessible from one of the rooms, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. The first bedroom features a cozy double bed, while the second offers a pleasant single bed. The third bedroom is equipped with another comfortable double bed and offers access to the mezzanine, where you will find an additional double bed and a single bed, perfect for a family or a group of friends.

Loved everything about this stay. Multiple bathrooms very convenient. Accommodations were clean with lots of bed options. Hosts were great and let us drop our bags early. Worth the multiple flights of stairs. Very clean Conveniently located close to train station.

The location was great. The number of stairs was not clear to me when booking. It was unpleasant with luggage. The apartment did not have a hair dryer which was a problem for my teen daughters. The plug converters provided were not the correct ones. The heat was uneven in the apartment and not enough blankets. It was cold and uncomfortable at night. The kitchen light bulbs were out. Overall not a great stay. We appreciated the convenient location but that was about it.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property in Florence. The biggest advantage is the location. It is extremely close to the train station, making it one of the best options if you are traveling in and out of the city or stopping in Florence for a short stay. It is also within walking distance to most major sites, which made exploring very easy for our family.Because the apartment is close to the station, the area can feel busy at peak travel times. We still found it safe and convenient over a quieter residential neighborhood much further away. A note for guests with mobility issues: this is a top-floor apartment and requires walking up four flights of narrow stairs, and there is no lift for luggage. This was not a problem for us, but it may be challenging for anyone who needs step-free access or requires an elevator.Inside, the apartment was perfect for our family. Everyone had a space, a bed, and a clean, comfortable place to rest. The sheets were soft and fresh, and the two bathrooms are always a bonus when traveling. Check-in and check-out were smooth and straightforward. Host was very communicative leading up to our stay. Traveler tip: instead of storing bags nearby at the storefront locations, use the train station. The Western Union location in the station’s shopping area near the fountain exit stores bags at a reasonable price, and it was convenient for our trip. Bounce Luggage is the site, but look for the Western Union signage or you’ll miss it.

Due to unforseen circumstances we had to be moved to a separate property which was larger, lovely and nearer the center of Florence. We lacked for nothing except perhaps a roll of paper towels and some hot pads for use in the kitchen.

The location of this property was fantastic! So close to the train station, which was great. Very close proximity to so many things and great restaurants. There are lots of stairs so people with heavy bags might find it difficult.

Perfect Spot By Santa Maria Novella Train Station

5 Minutes to the train station and 10-15 minutes in any direction to the top sites in Florence. It was very clean, modern and comfortable for our family of 4 (two teen kids). Would definitely recommend and return next time we're in Florence.

Amazing Apartment in Florence

The property was located in the heart of Florence, about a 5-minute walk from the train station. It was gorgeous and had everything you could need within a short few-minute walk. The grocery store between the rental property and the train station had everything we could need. Historical landmarks, museums, and amazing restaurants were all an easy walk away. This property fit our party of 8 perfectly and had enough room to relax after a long day of adventuring. Thank you for accommodating our stay while we explored Florence!

Great day trip to Florence

My family stayed here for one night as we journeyed across Italy. The loft area was a big hit with the kids. The location made walking to and from the train station a breeze, and we were able to walk to all of the other sites we wanted to see as well. I would stay here again.

Friends/family trip to Florence

Overall excellent. Just beware that you must climb 4 steep flights to access property as there is no elevator available. Rooms, bedding, and towels were very clean (but there were no wash cloths.) Property manager was very communicative and accommodating. Property is a few minutes walk from train station. We would stay here again!
