Very nice property on the lake, the stairs were a bit steeper than we thought they'd be, the downstairs bathroom shower feature allows water to collect outside the shower on the floor, and the beds were not the most comfortable.. we liked it a lot though!

Loved this property and we will definitely be back. We had stayed the prior year with family who rented the house, and we loved returning with just us. This is a great place for us because my family lives close by; this gives us a great opportunity to enjoy the lake with our family. We used to have a lake home a few lots down that caught fire when I was in second grade - now has a condo property on that lot. This was a return to our childhood, and we loved it. The fireflies, the lake peace…. We will definitely be back!!

We stayed here for a golf trip and it was perfect. The house is big and clean. The lake is perfect for evening sunsets and fishing. The owner checked in with us prior to arriving and we also met the neighbor. Everyone in this area is so friendly, we all noticed it and it was wonderful. RTJ The Shoals is only minutes away and is a wonderful place to golf. Plenty of options for dinner in the area and we even used the provided grill for one of our meals.

Thanks for sharing your home with us. My Dad is from this area and I treated him to a trip home. We loved your record collection and the coziness of your home. We fished off the dock and watched the boats go by. Great relaxing location!

Perfect family getaway

This was our second year in a row. Everything is as described. This is the perfect family vacation getaway. The views of the water are amazing and it’s so peaceful sitting under the trees looking at the water. We had our pontoon boat and enjoyed all the TN River has to offer. Swimming and fishing galore.
