200 meter från Santa Maria Novella tågstation och 5 minuters promenad från katedralen och Florens attraktioner, har vår lägenhet Rodolfo just renoverats. Extremt tyst och fint inredda och har alla bekvämligheter inklusive wi-fi, en stor TV, ett vardagsrum med en bäddsoffa, en avkopplande terrass, ett kök, 2 badrum, två dubbelrum med garderober, ett sovrum med två enkelsängar sängar och en babysäng. Tack vare sin position och komfort är Rodolfo perfekt för både lång och kort vistelse.

Vårt hem är beläget i stadsdelen Santa Maria Novella, där den fantastiska basilikan Santa Maria Novella, apoteket Santa Maria Novella, Novecento-museet och andra skönheter finns. Grannskapet är det centrala navet i staden, med centralstationen Santa Maria Novella, centralstationen i Santa Maria Novella. Lägenheterna ligger 5 minuter från floden Arno, Duomo, 10 minuter från Ponte Vecchio och Palazzo Vecchio.

Lägenheten ligger 200 meter från centralstationen, busstationen, som förbinder staden med flygplatsen från och med februari 2018.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. Great location for us as near train station (for day trips outside Florence) and other sites. The A/C worked well and was a nice place to come back to at the end of a busy day.

Exploring Florence

The location of the apartment was great. We were able to pretty much walk to every place we had activities. It was clean, and everything was explained on check in. The host was prompt in responding to questions. Only issues were the bathroom space and the shower are very narrow and small and you have to be careful with the shower door to keep it from being pushed outward when it is closed. And it may have been a seasonal thing but we had some issues with mosquitoes in the apartment even though when we kept the door to the veranda closed. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

A Great Time in Italy

A wonderful apartment in a terrific location! Plenty of room for our family! Very close to the train/tram station, a market down the street and very walkable to almost all sites in Florence. We messaged the owner one time while there with a question and they got back to us instantly. Highly recommend!!!

Very Nice!

Property is in a central location to the train station. Property manager allowed us to store our bags earlier than check-in which we very much appreciated. Not sure why we have to pay for "extra room / sheet service" as I would think that would all be rolled into the cost.... but these fees are in the write-up so..... The place served our needs and I would recommend.

Great hosts and location, tight on space, lots of stairs

Communication from beginning to end was excellent! Great location. The property is very clean and well stocked. however the photos are deceiving. Not sure what qualifies this as a "luxury" flat but the rooms are much smaller than the pictures indicate. The kitchen is very narrow and the "terrace" fits only 2 people even though the flat technically sleeps 8. It is also up 3 flights of stairs to get to the apartment and 2 of the bedrooms are up another flight so make sure you are up to that!

Wonderful stay!

Mamta met us at the flat. She let us check in early. The flat is very close to everything. Walking distance to all. The flat is very clean and has all the amenities except a washer. Water pressure is excellent. There is plenty of hot water too. The AC worked perfect. WiFi was great! There is a small balcony that fr the kitchen. All in all it was a great stay. And we like definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Firenze Place to Stay!

The pictures on this listing do not do this property justice. It’s spacious and beautiful and super clean! High ceilings, beautiful kitchen and baths and comfy beds pair perfectly with its great location! You will be a stone’s throw from the main train station and a short walk to the Duomo and many other sites. Mamta gave us a warm welcome, showed us everything in the flat we needed and made us feel comfortable. Perfetto!

Exactly as advertised

This property is exactly as described. Be ready to go up stairs as this apartment is on the top floor. Communication was great and check in and check out was easy. AC worked perfectly. We were a group of 5 and my only complaint would be not a lot of places for evwryone to sit at the end of the day but we explored so much it didnt really matter.

Just okay

The owner of the property was nice and responded quickly. The apartment was clean, air units didn't work. The neighborhood was in walking distance to stores and sites but it was a very dirty area and the people were not as kind as smaller towns. There were more travelers then local people. It was a huge tourist spot. We have traveled all over Italy my advice is to stay out if major cities and vistis smaller towns where there are more locals.

Great stay with some small detractions

Mamta was great to communicate with and the location is very conveniently located for getting to the center, train station, and ponte vecchio areas. My only issues are that the flat is up 3 or 4 flights of stairs without an elevator, which I wish was advertised. Traveling with a lot of heavy luggage this was difficult.

An ideal location near train station and sightseeing

This was a wonderful experience. The communication was excellent and the property manager Mamta was helpful and gave useful info, as we traveled on holidays. She spoke perfect English. Read all the apartment info well and there will be no surprises. Yes, there are many stairs, this is typical of European apartments. The kitchen had the amenities needed - multiple types of coffee makers, plenty of utensils/plates and a dishwasher. There's a cute balcony, big enough for 2 people to enjoy the cafe table. Mosquitos are common in Florence, even in December. The overall cleanliness was very good, especially in the bathroom, bedrooms and kitchen. Location-wise, it is easy to walk to the city center, restaurants, the river, and shopping. We didn't have a car. I do recommend this property.
