Det är en härlig boet bara ombyggda ner till de sista detaljerna för att göra din vistelse bekväm och romantisk: ek-strålade, trä tak och parkett, chip för att göra en varm atmosfär

Central, är ljus och mycket tyst Maia en charmig och härlig semester set på ganska gata i Santa Croce. Lägenheten består av: ett ljust vardagsrum med bäddsoffa; utdragbara matbord med plats sex, TV och fullt utrustat kök; 1 sovrum med dubbelsäng, TV, byrå, franska fönster; 1 litet badrum med dusch; 1 sovloft med garderob och två enkelsäng: en säng på övervåningen, en hög kvalitet pouf säng (som kan ta emot gäster i alla åldrar) nere. Ek-strålade, och parkett i varje sovrum.

Grannskapet
Njut av charmen i Florens historiska centrum och Santa Croce livsstil under din vistelse i Florens. En mängd attraktioner ligger bara en kort promenad bort. Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen i en just renoverade gamla och typisk byggnad, nära till de mest kända platserna: några minuter från Santa Croce kyrkan, Dome, Ponte Vecchio, Bargello och Uffizi. Santa Croce är ett av de mest häftiga och populära florentinska platser. Området är fodrad med restauranger, kaféer, shopping fläckar (email hidden) ly atmosfär. Promenera ner till Macci gata i S. Ambrogio område du hittar den livliga berömda livsmedelsmarknaden med alla typer av färska produkter. Där hittar du också en lön och visa parkering. Do besöka Ciompi torg med sin antikviteter marknaden. Slutligen är jag en bra spis och mat älskare, så bara be om restaurang rekommendationer!

Florens gamla stadskärna är full av gågator, liten och lätt att besöka promenader. Hur som helst Maia apt är 205 meter långt borta från lön och visa parkering S. Ambrogio.

Kitchen could use a spatula Which we purchase and left thereIt is 42 steps up and no elevator One bedroom like a bunk bed up a ladder.Just good for child.Would not suggest this for older peopleWashroom had mold in showerAnd a large dead plant in livingroom.It was in a good location with a grocery store around corner and could walk to center town.We were happy about that but disappointed in the whole set up

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen - nicht ganz im Rummel - und erfüllt seinen Zweck. Das Bett im 2. Zimmer ist mit einer sehr schmalen Treppe zu erreichen und nicht für Kinder geeignet.

Maia apartment was charming. It is in an old building, but brought very up to date. It is cleverly and charmingly decorated. The size of the apartment is typical for the era it was built in, not very large, but the space is accommodating and very clean throughout. Having the mini splits to cool during this time of early September was a huge plus!The kitchen/sitting area had ample seating. The view out the window was lovely! The kitchen was well supplied with all necessary items for cooking meals and a kettle for heating water for tea/coffee. The main bedroom was roomy and the bed comfortable for two. That was a pleasant surprise! The pull our couch in the kitchen area was also comfortable for both sitting and sleeping. The loft area even though having a bit a of a steep ladder climb to reach, recieved no complaints from the family member who slept there. I will say the room with the access to the loft is small and we found the cot in there was not up to our expectations. The shower is small by american standards but totally functional, with good water pressure. You need to pay attention to closing the door fully. The host was wonderful and always responded quickly. I've had difficult experiences in the past when getting into a place, this was not so with this host. They provided clear and full explanations with how to get to the place and entrance! I can strongly recommend Maia Apt!!!

Good value

The location was great. The apartment suited our needs but be ware the shower is very small. I believe this is typical for Europe so it is not an issue just for awareness. Communication with the owner was great. It’s a charming apartment.

Two days in Florence

The location of this apartment was ideal for seeing all of the popular tourist places in Florence, most of them were only a 15-20 minute walk or less. Host was communicative on whatsapp but didn’t see messages for a while on VRBO so would recommend only using whatsapp to communicate. Shower is VERY small, but was doable. Could have used more sheets/pillows/blankets for the cot. Also one morning we were woken up to a housekeeper who came to bring more towels but we were not given prior warning of this so we were a little startled when a man kept knocking on our door but the host messaged us when he got there and I hadn’t checked my phone yet. Overall the location made this a great two day experience in Florence.

Florence apt close to all

Great location. Close to everything.Apt is quiet and we walked everywhere.As the listing states no elevator which was not an issue for us only when bringing luggage upstairs.Owner responded quickly to all questions regarding heat, restaurants etc.Please note there are multiple comments on the "small" bathroom and shower which are all true. We are not tall so no issue which shower other than bathroom shows signs of age (building is old but rest of apartment renovated. Pictures of everything but bathroom in listing.

Not as advertised

The place is NOT at all like it is advertised. The pictures are misleading. We were 4 in my group and as we walked in we found the apartment dark, damp and smelly. We all agreed that we could not stay there and we left right away. I had paid in advance for 4 nights so I asked for a refund for 3 nights but it was declined. The owner refused to give me any refund and I have not received a positive response from Vrbo either

Good location

Within walking distance of most sights. You had to climb up a very steep and narrow ladder to get up to the 2nd bed which was a just a single bed. Air conditioner in that bedroom leaked water all over the luggage. Pullout bed was in the kitchen. We do not recommend this place if there are more than two adults. Bring spices if you plan on cooking, all the spice jars are empty. Could use some updates or maintenance.

Not impressed with the condition off unit

Hi there We looked at this posting and the picture is very deceiving, extremely small.We went without lights in the bathroom for 2 days and it was brought to the attention of the owners, where she seamed to be not attentive nor bothered with the problem. She did state that her husband would be by the next day.Once her husband changed the light bulb she scolded me about leaving the lights on....are you kidding me we need the lights on to see in the bathroom! Their was black mold in the bathroom around the shower. Never again!!!

Quaint and charming apartment in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this quaint and charming apartment. It is perfectly situated close to many must see locations. It is a very quiet location and the host Eugenia was very communicative and checked in and answered all my questions as needed. It was easy to find and the check in and check out was easy. We would stay here again with no hesitation. The bathroom is small but similar in size to other locations we have stayed in throughout Europe. We appreciated having a washing machine for laundry as well and the laundry was dry overnight. Thank you!

Cozy stay in heart of florence

We had a lovely stay in the apartment which is comfortable, accurate to the photos and well-stocked. Eugenia was very responsive and welcoming, and the location was within close walking distance of all important sights. Would recommend!
