Medieval Towers-Home&Experience

The apartment is located inside two medieval towers, consists of a bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen fully equipped with everything needed for cooking, has a corridor obtained from an arched window with a lowering of the level high.
The particularity of this apartment is the very welcoming built-in balcony, ideal for romantic dinners.

The apartment is located on the half floor of a medieval tower where it is not possible to put air conditioning. Given the location on the lower floors of the tower, the apartment remains cool and can be cooled very well even with fans.

IN ORDER TO ORGANIZE YOUR CHECK-IN AND DON'T LET YOU STAY IN FRONT OF THE APARTMENT, PLESE CONTACT ME BY PHONE OR WHATSAP CLOSE YOUR ARRIVAL

At check-in will be given the regular rental contract and the invoice for our services.
The value paid for this reservation, includes the services ( check-in, cleaning, bed linen and more)offered by Florence Concierge.

The extra bed linen,towels, toilet paper and others are on request and on charge.

If requested the personal Check-in after 8pm has be communicate in time and has an extra charge of 50€.

Check-out is until 10:00, with charge of 30€ is possible to stay until 1pm and has be communicate the day before the check-out.

For stays longer than 10 nights, utilities will be paid by the guest. Relevant expenses will be calculated through utility meters and charged at the end of the stay.

Smoking is strictly forbidden! If we lose the reservation after becouse of the smoke smell, we will charge you of the full damage.


Please kindly Dispose of rubbish in the appropriate bins before you check-out.
it's strictly forbidden to leave it outside of the building door! the trash bins are next the Santa Trinità bridge.
