Florens centrum - helt renoverad svit med fantastisk utsikt över floden Arno och Old Bridge.
Lägenheten ligger 30 meter långt från Ponte Vecchio. Det är beläget på femte mezzaninvåningen i en sjuttonde århundradesbyggnad (med en hiss från bottenvåningen). Adressen är Lungarno Archibusieri i hörnet mellan Ponte Vecchio och Uffizi-galleriet, framför taket på Corridoio Vasariano.
Det är fullt av naturligt ljus och har spektakulär utsikt över floden Arno. Det är elegant inredda med antikviteter och designmöbler. Alla detaljer (tapestry, lampor, möbler) har valts med omsorg.
Interiören är 48 kvadratmeter (520 kvadratmeter) och totalrenoverades 2010. Det består av ett vardagsrum med amerikanskt kök, ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (160x200) och garderob och ett modernt badrum. Sovrummet är ganska och drottningssängen har en sida bredvid väggen, titta på bilden.
Trots att den är idealisk för två personer kan lägenheten passa upp till maximalt fyra med en bäddsoffa (140x200) i vardagsrummet. Rummen är inte mycket höga, du måste veta det om du är längre än 6 '.

Lägenheten ligger i hjärtat av Florens: du kan gå överallt. Följande sevärdheter kan nås till fots: 1 minuts promenad till Uffizi-galleriet och Palazzo Vecchio i Piazza Signoria. 5 minuters promenad till Via Tornabuoni, Florens mest eleganta shoppinggata. Korsar du Ponte Vecchio till andra sidan av Arno når du Palazzo Pitti och Boboli-trädgården på 5 minuter. Lägenheten ligger 15 minuter till fots till centralstationen Santa Maria Novella, där du kan ta bussar som går i alla riktningar av staden. Uppmätta och täckta offentliga parkeringsplatser finns några meter från lägenheten.

Florence Trip

The communication with the host was excellent. I really like that the host stopped by the apartment when we checked in. She provided tips on where to go as well as showed us how everything worked. This was extremely helpful for use of the washing machine.The apartment was perfect for my wife and I. Gave us plenty of space to spread out our stuff. The location of the apartment is fantastic and in walking distance of all major attractions. This was nice because we could stop by the apartment to drop things off or cool down for a few minutes before heading back out to walk around.It was very hot when we were there and the A/C kept the apartment cool, which was especially nice for sleeping.I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

Perfect Place for Your Stay in Florence

You cannot go wrong if you stay here. The condo is well maintained and has everything you need. The location is outstanding...steps from Ponte Vecchio and a short 15 minute walk to the train station. Marusca was a great host meeting us at the apartment when we checked in and giving us some great tips on the areas.You are close to so many landmarks. Everything is very walkable.

Ponte Vecchio flat

Long before we got to Firenze, our communications began with Marusca and she was helpful in so many ways, including helping us find parking outside the DMZ (okay, ZTL, but DMZ kept coming to mind). At the time of check-in, she was prompt and, via WhatsApp was in contact with us all the way to the front door. She got us upstairs, went through property amenities and then left us alone, which is the best thing a Vrbo host can do, IMO. At checkout time, she was just as communicative and we scooted out in plenty of time to meet our fellow travelers and off we went back to Selvatelle. Needless to say, if we ever get back to Firenze, we won't bother contacting anyone else for accommodations, don't need to try the rest because we tried (and succeeded in having) the best. Thanks, Marusca!

Perfect Location

Marusca checked us in and was absolutely wonderful. She sat with us to review a map and gave recommendations. We went to most all of them and could not be happier. The location was literally steps to Ponte Vecchio. Central to everything. If we are able to make it back to Florence, we would 100% reach out to her again.

Amazing lication

I can’t imagine a better location to enjoy Florence. I could have my morning coffee and watch the door traffic on the Ponte Vecchio and the skullers on the Arno. Less than a block from the Uffizi. Wonderful!!!

Wonderful apartment in a great location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this cozy apartment with a great view of the Ponte Vecchio. The location is fantastic with the Uffizi practically next door. The apartment is located on the 5th floor but there’s a lift that makes it a breeze. The living area has ample room and a large L shaped sofa, making for a comfortable place to rest during the evening. The bedroom mattress is quite comfortable as well.The bathroom is an odd location but we did not find this to be a hindrance. Just about everywhere you would want to go is walkable from this location. Our hosts were terrific and allowed us to check in a little early and arranged taxis for us to and from the apartment. We would not hesitate to stay here again if returning to Florence.

Simply the best stay in Firenze

This property may be in the best location in all of Firenze. It literally a 1 minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. It has an amazing view of the bridge. The property is clean, extremely comfortable and has everything you need. Highly recommend it. Now, what made this stay even more incredible was that we were checked in by Marusca. We couldn’t have had a better check in experience. She has a larger than life personality that goes along with her unbelievable knowledge of the city. We truly feel that we have made a friend for life.

Ideal location

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The location was perfect - close to everything including coffee shops, gelaterias, grocery store, restaurants, train station, and historic sites and museums. The home had everything we needed and more. Marusca and Alberto were awesome hosts and very welcoming and helpful to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Would definitely consider returning and staying here again.
