We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home was beautifully decorated and very comfortable for the four of us. The added benefit was the evening concerts from the square. Open the windows and enjoy great music.

Beautiful apartment in heart of Florence. A great location to walk everywhere . Music in the piazza almost every evening coming thru the windows was a delight . Francesca was quick to respond and a lovely host .

We had a really awesome stay at Francesca's apartment. The apartment is expertly decorated, renovated and furnished. The tall ceilings in the main bedroom are especially beautiful. We enjoyed having space to spread out with air conditioned rooms to beat the heat. Every night we heard musicians in the piazza. The apartment is perfectly located to be very close to walk to everything, but not loud. Francesca was very responsive and Silvana was very helpful with questions we had. Thank you for having us!

Clean, beautiful decor, great location . Very nice owner. We had a heating problem late at night and the owner showed up to fix it so we wouldn't freeze all night. I recommend this property.

Our family of three adults and two teens stayed at this property 3 nights. We found the location convenientely located with Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, the train station, Uffizi, and many restaurants and shops nearby. This made it easy for our family to take breaks during the day from the July heat in the nicely air conditioner apartment. We really enjoyed and reccomemd Rooster Cafe down the street for breakfast. The apartment itself is beautiful. Communication with property management was easy via WhatsApp and responses were prompt. All amenities were as described. The only suggestion I have for host is to provide additional toilet paper. We had to buy additional but not a big deal. We would stay at this property again.

Incredible location and stunning apartment!

This appears to be a newly added listing - do not let the lack of reviews deter you from booking. The apartment is exactly as the photos show, if not better. The location is in the heart of Florence, a short walk to nearly everything you’ll want to see. In the evening, the square upon which the grand windows open bustles with talented musicians. We were entertained each evening by cellists, violinists, and operatic voices. We can’t say enough about this incredible apartment and the very communicative and helpful hosts.
