Fantastic location

This nice one bedroom appt was centrally located in Florence, we were able to walk to everything. Like just outside our door was the Piazza del Duomo. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and very nice

The place is beautiful excellent location although the power for the whole place turned off the last day and my phone battery was almost dead and I couldn’t get a hold of owner when I finally did I was able to get power again! What a relief that was! But I would stay there again it was beautiful!

Location, location, location (and comfort) in the heart of Florence

My husband and I fell in love with Florence and this lovely accommodation is a big part of the reason why. It is literally steps from the Duomo and includes a rooftop terrace with eye-popping views of this magnificent landmark and the Florence skyline. You can walk to just about anywhere you'd like to go with fifteen minutes!The apartment itself is fashionable, comfortable and includes everything you will need such as coffeemaker, microwave refrigerator, etc. The bed and linens were very comfortable too. We appreciated Luca's hospitality and in-depth orientation to the building and apartment amenities.Thank you Luca. We will definitely plan to stay here when we return to Florence!

Stay here Walk out to History St John and Uffizi !

If you wanna stay in the absolute heart of it all rent a places that you can literally walk out the door to the Duomo or shop at the finest stores on planet Earth. There’s nothing wrong with the location apartment or age. We lived the old elevator and although it is winter we enjoyed the windows open at night. We had a schedule conflict and the property manager communicated well and provided us a solution that we were very happy with.Stay here !! Walk out the door to history!

Property was exactly as described. Very clean. Plenty of room for the 2 of us. Did not check the rooftop view as literally, all of Firenze was steps from our front door.

Luca was very attentive to our needs… place is near to everything…check in instructions were clear…views on the top floor is to die for…Nespresso coffee maker sealed it for me…and the elevator…definitely will come back..——freezer door was broken but it did not bother us at all——

Lovely apartment close to the Duomo

Everything was great. Our host responded to our needs quickly. The only thing that wasn’t true to the pictures was the rooftop patio. No tables or chairs etc. Overall, a very nice place and wonderful location!!

Awesome appartment

Great location - in the heart of Florence. Check in and out was super easy and effective. Unit was in great shape and owner gave useful restaurant recommendations. The only thing that would have nice would have been to have a table and chairs on the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Location - Limited Amenities

A friend and I stayed here in June. The location is absolutely perfect as it's quite central and easy to walk to everything. Very clean, and as it appears in the listing photo's. Initially the communication with the host was great, but then became unresponsive. The "knob" has been unscrewed and removed to operate the rain shower head, so you can only use a low hanging spray handle to shower. When I asked about this, I was sent a photo of a different shower unit completely with an explanation of how to use it, so when I sent the photo back of what was actually there, I received no response. My assumption is this is to reduce water use so guests don't take long showers, but it is very inconvenient for women trying to wash their hair. In addition, the sink in the bathroom drains so slowly that it's hard to keep the sink bowl clean due to always having the water back up sitting in the bowl.

Cute apartment, fantastic location

Super cute apartment spitting distance from the Duomo and all Florence sites. The space is small but well equipped for 2 people. Contemporary decor and very helpful host! The buildings rooftop views are outstanding and we enjoyed having our morning coffee there. Check in was easy and we had everything we needed for our short return stay to Florence.
