It’s a spacious and elegant apartment with a beautiful, large flower-filled terrace inside a historic building (with an elevator) built in the 19th century in the heart of Florence. The apartment is bright and quiet, perfect for families and large groups, and is located on the 3rd and top floor. It will be your cozy retreat for as many days as you wish. You can enjoy a completely relaxing vacation just a few minutes’ walk from the Duomo (it’s located in the city’s historic center).
Recently renovated, you’ll have 200 square meters spread over two floors. The home has been furnished with handcrafted Baroque-style furniture and features 4 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, 3 full bathrooms on the first floor + 1 small full bathroom on the second floor, a large living and dining room, a beautiful kitchen with a balcony fully equipped with everything you need, a spacious hallway, and a magnificent 30-square-meter terrace overlooking the hills of Fiesole, located on the second floor.
You’ll find the place spotlessly clean and very well-maintained. In the bedrooms, you’ll have access to a capsule coffee machine, a kettle with tea and herbal teas, air conditioning, and a Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi.
The apartment is in a prime location, situated in the historic center within a beautiful, quiet, and low-traffic residential neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the cathedral and the train station, and 9 km from the Florence airport.
