“The property was clean but in poor condition. A lot of things were broken. A warning...the kichen is upstairs by way of a narrow winding staircase. The view was pretty and the area was very quiet. ”

“7A was such a beautiful stay ! Both rooms were great and the master bedroom was amazing ! The master bed so soft and fluffy, the ceiling fan my husband loved with the amount of air flow it gave off. Shower/bath water was hot for all 4 of us to take one after another. The balcony doesnt give much of a view with the trees covering the dock and canal side. But the kiddos played volleball in the grass patch below, so i was able to keep an eye on them. Living room and dining area are very spacious...

“Our one bedroom unit was spic and span clean. Very accommodating. We only stayed one night as we had an event to attend at the Island Hotel. I am sure all of the units are well kept by Pelican Rentals so whether you need one bedroom or more, you will not be disappointed. Everything is clean and well appointed from linens to a fully dressed kitchen with appliances and tools for cooking. And the views are spectacular.”
