“Perfect stay! Convenient for those on the prowl for a night life. Right next to La Placita. We didn’t have any issues sleeping. It felt very sound proof. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Parking could be a bit tough but doable, just got to make your rounds around the neighborhood and you’ll find something.”

“The apartment was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. The air conditioning was adjustable for each bedroom and living room, which was great!!! I really enjoyed drinking my morning coffee on the balcony and you could hear the waves crashing in the shore. The area is very walkable and it is literally right across the street from the beach. There were two different restaurants and a supermarket within a couple blocks and more about a 1/2 mile down the beach...

If you’re planning a beach trip, they have things to lend out - cooler, beach towels, etc. - if they have it, you can use it. Wish we had more days as Ruben’s breakfasts are top notch. “We really enjoyed our stay at Posada Colonial. We stayed there for one week and experienced San Juan. The apartment is close to a beautiful beach, restaurants, bars and everything else you can possibly need. We never tried the local bus, but über is super cheap and great to get around. We did walk to Old San Juan one day, a nice way to see things. The owners are super helpful and did not only pick us up at the airport, they drove us there after our stay so we could get our rental car. During...
