His son met us at check in and check out to acquaint us with the property and answer any questions we may have. “To wake up each morning with an unobstructed view of the ocean is truly priceless! The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a perfect keys getaway. The building even had a nice heated pool. It’s very centrally located. We went to Key West for a day, Sombrero beach and Bahia Honda. I highly recommend staying on Marathon…so many good restaurants! The sunrises on the jetty were amazing, the pool right outside the room was so convenient & even better that it was heated. The lagoon was full of colorful fish to snorkel or kayak with. “Basically a charming place, but badly in need of a renovation. Lots of dust in the ventilation, so if you are allergic, choose another hotel. We switched to a mid range hotel chain, and got a clean (albeit smaller) room with better beds at the same price.”
