“Everything was perfect. Except no plug in the sink and the water was very hot. So not able to mix water. Also not informed it was self check in till I got there . Easy once explained though ”

“I had such a wonderful experience. The room was very nicely decorated and top of the line. Everything was beautiful, clean, lots of amenities. I had a small accident and broke my foot, the hosts were so helpful and really went out of their way. Everything I needed was there and it was easily accessible to the city center. I cant wait to return. Top boutique hotel I've ever stayed at. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I'm so glad I booked here! ”

“You cannot get more central in York. And probably not more noisy. Well equipped apartment but you could hear the neighbours 24/7. Slightly off putting. But the staff and location is almost worth the noise. We shall return. And opt for a bigger flat next time.”
