“We spent one night at the Family Tree, and were very pleased with the stay. The staff members were friendly, the room was cozy and fresh. The breakfast was the best during our four days in the UK. It would have been nice to stay another day. ”

“The hotel staff were great. The evening meal was very good - also really enjoyed walking around the grounds before dinner and drinks in the sunshine in the garden.
Hotel room was excellently fitted and wonderfully spacious. Only issue is that it was at the top of the main stairs and close to the kitchen/wash below it. This meant there was some noise fairly early in the morning and later in the evening.”

Down points are that room was too hot with no means to cool it down and no spoons or stirrers to make the drinks.
Would deffo recommend but if your like me and get hot too quick then ask for a room with aircon.”

"Really nice place to stay, modern, quiet, great gym and pool. Room was spacious, had everything I needed, clean, comfortable bed. The only thing I would say is that the breakfast wasn't up to the same level as the rest of the experience, which is sad."
"Otroligt centralt hotel mitt i Sheffields stadskärna. Trevlig och tillmötesgående personal. Mycket fint och tyst hotellrum, finns ingenting att klaga på. Toppen betyg på detta hotell. Kommer definitivt välja detta hotell igen om jag behöver bo på hotell när jag är i Sheffield och hälsar på familj. "
"The location was great and the staff tried hard, however, everything else was only just okay. The door lock system does not work well with you having to replace the keys frequently. Also, all the public areas are too small. The worst was getting into the breakfast room there were queues and some days impossible to get in."
