“The staff and facilities were lovely. The reason I didn’t give them a great review is because we’re on a long trip and have groceries because they boasted about the kitchen. There was not one single thing in there except a coffee pot and toaster. No cup, plate, spoon, measuring cup or anything else that you might possibly think would be in a kitchen. Of course, they sell items at inflated prices. Otherwise, lovely place just bring your kitchen with you!”

“Clean room. Very helpful staff. Restaurant was decent. Bar was lovely. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. I will stay here again. Very convenient to everything in the Boise area.”

“Front desk is mediocre, exercise room no dumbbells. Pool and hot tub were closed. Shower not very hot. Bathroom floor stained dirty or both. Lots of light coming through window. Room was clean though. Breakfast was good.”

“Staff was coughing so loudly. Breakfast was basically all gone by 8 and closed at 9. Furniture in room was in rough shape. Shower door at bottom had a gap and so much water poured out onto floor so had so use a lot of towels to clean up. ”

However, when we checked in I appreciate them being thorough to make sure we were who we were in using the credit card, but he proceeded to tell us a safe place to park because people were stealing gas due to the gas prices. Their website advertises free breakfast and a bar. There was no bar. An employee said that it had been closed for approximately a year and there’s no free breakfast because there’s no restaurant. “Very noisy place, next to a freeway and in the parking lot of a truck stop. ”

“Staff were very friendly. Suite was really nice and clean! AC also worked well. Check in and out were fast and simple. ”

“The room is clean, staff is very nice. However, their advertise is a bit misleading. I book a suite, but when I checked in, it was just a larger king size room and they said they do not have a suite in West Boise Holiday Inn. It becomes very inconvienient.”

“Room was extremely clean only complaint about my stay is that the bed was really really uncomfortable you could feel the springs in your back. The breakfast ladies where FANTASTIC!”

“cable TV didn't work properly, 1st night had to disconnect DISH input then reconnect & reboot to get proper reception. 2nd nite all that was available was pay per view netflix & some gay sitcom with canned laughter on FOX. We like to view local news, weather etc. We'll try somewhere else next trip.”

“The bathroom was dirty, toilet had not been cleaned. Drywall was falling off the walls to the floor. Knobs to the dressers and tables were not attached and sitting inside the drawers. The beds were on a cot type bed frame. There were intoxicated people hanging around outside the main office. This place was absolutely disgusting, filthy and did not make us feel safe.”
