En verkligt fantastisk pittoresk New Forest Cottage i hjÀrtat av byn Woodgreen. Centralt belÀget med en pub- och bybutik i nÀrheten men ocksÄ bara en kort promenad till Village Green och öppen skog bortom. Denna 300 Är gamla halmtakstuga har all den charm du kan förvÀnta dig av en fastighetsperiod men ocksÄ med alla moderna bekvÀmligheter för en nyrenoverad och dekorerad fastighet. Dessutom har nyligen fÀrdigstÀllt ett nytt trÀ vintertrÀdgÄrd, nytt vÄningsrum pÄ bottenvÄningen och en ny dubbel carport med ett lekrum ovan.

PÄ bottenvÄningen finns ett sovrum med dubbelsÀng med eget badrum. Perfekt för funktionshindrade Ätkomst. Ett stort kök / matsal som vetter mot det nya vintertrÀdgÄrden, en utomhus sittplats som Àr perfekt för utomhusbruk. en lounge med en brÀnnare och 40 'tv och en matsal med plats för upp till 12.

PÄ första vÄningen finns ett sovrum med eget badrum med duschrum, en garderob, ett familjebadrum med hörnbadkar, separat dusch och fönsterplats och ett tvÄbÀddsrum och ett sovrum med dubbelsÀng. PÄ andra vÄningen finns det ett sovrum med dubbelsÀng och ett tvÄbÀddsrum med en hemlig trappa.

Utanför finns en mycket stor mogen trÀdgÄrd med ett överflöd av buskar och blommor. OBS! En liten grunt rinner genom trÀdgÄrden pÄ baksidan. Trampolin och grill finns ocksÄ. Vi har nu lagt till ett sommarhus pÄ baksidan av trÀdgÄrden för att njuta av eftermiddagssolen.

PÄ framsidan av fastigheten finns parkering för upp till 6 bilar, vi har konstruerat en dubbel carport som nu erbjuder ett lek- / hobbyrum ovanför carporten som nÄs via trappor pÄ baksidan. Detta har ett bordtennisbord, bordfotboll och elektronisk darttavla.

Love Lane Àr ett privat spÄr som ger fordon tillgÄng till tvÄ andra fastigheter. Om du vÀnder dig direkt frÄn Love Lane tar du dig till Village Green och öppnar skogen bortom. HÀst- och brudgummen finns i slutet av denna körfÀlt. Den samhÀllsdrivna bybutiken som ocksÄ har ett postkontor och ett litet kafé hittar du lÀngre lÀngs huvudvÀgen som gÄr genom byn. Butiken sÀljer ett brett utbud av lokala rÄvaror och puben har ett utmÀrkt urval av öl och mat.

check-in was very easy with all the information given.Kitchen was spacious and fully equiped for our needs. We did spend a lot of time in the dinning room area of the kitchen as we found this more cosy than the main dinning room.It was lovely to have the conservatory.

Idyllic private holiday

Beck Cottage is a just gorgeous and so well managed and supplied. Everything was perfect for a long weekend from the welcome hamper to beautiful gardens. The Horse and Groom is literally a stone’s throw away with excellent pub fare. Highly recommend for a family or group of friends. Only complaint is checkout could be a bit later.

Beautiful cottage

The cottage was lovely. 9 of us stayed plus 2 dogs and there was more than enough room for us all. The surrounding area was peaceful and the pub on the doorstep was great and the food there was amazing. All in all lovely 5 days away for my husbands surprise 50th. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Hen Weekend

We had a fantastic stay for a Hen Weekend with a mixture of ages. The property was just what we wanted and we loved being able to have use of the hot tub. Location was perfect! Would absolutely recommend staying here!!

Our long weekend at Beck Cottage

We were having a three generation family long weekend and the space in the house, grounds, play barn and immediate environment was excellent. The house was clean and the bedrooms were spacious. There was a nice welcome pack to greet us and plenty of local information available. The property was warm and welcoming when we arrived and we all had a very happy time there.

Stunning Property

An absolutely beautiful house in lovely surroundings. The garden is stunning and full of character. The games room is great and set away from the property so you can have music on and play games whilst others relax in the main house. The house itself is full of charm and there is plenty of room. The conservatory and dining room in particular are very nice additions. The surrounding area is nice with a pub a minutes walk a way and has the added nicety of waking up with horses and cows in the field next to the property. Highly recommended if you want a relaxing, gorgeous property in an idyllic setting.

Wonderful weekend break in the New Forest

The family (3 generations) loved Beck Cottage. There was plenty of room for eleven of us and it was extremely comfortable. We all felt relaxed as soon as we walked in the front door. It was all very clean but did not feel overly sanitised and orderly like some holiday rentals, it felt like you had just borrowed your best friend’s place for a few days while they were away.

Well presented and equiped cottage in lovely location, perfect for larger groups

We booked Beck Cottage for a long weekend for the extended family as a 40th birthday celebration. The cottage is in a great location on the edge of the New Forest, which offers a range of activities and attractions. Members of our group visited Beaulieu, Lyndhurst, Lymington, Exbury Gardens, and the nearby Braemore House, and we did geocaching around the local village all of which we enjoyed. We found the cottage to be be well maintained, equipped and nicely decorated, with plenty of space to accommodate our group. The cottage also has a nice large garden, good for when there is nice weather, and a games room for the not so nice days, although we used both during our stay. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just Perfect

What a beautiful place to stay. We visited for my dad's 70th birthday in January and he had the best weekend. There was plenty of room for us all and there were highchairs, stairgates, travel cots and even a bath seat for our little ones which was such a big help. Lovely welcome pack too. Caroline was a pleasure to speak to. The property and the grounds are just lovely. We didn't want to leave!

Fantastic property

Just returned from a great family wkd at Beck cottage. I cannot recommend this property enough. Very spacious and good facilities. Plenty of room for 12 adults. The area is beautiful, and make sure you visit the local shop for some great local food. If your looking for a large property for a gathering, don't hesitate. Book this.10/10

Beautiful cottage

Wonderful weekend for 9 adults in the New Forest. Perfect location for exploring and 10 minute drive from the Aqua Park which was great fun. The cottage has everything you need, perfectly clean and plenty of space for everyone. No issues with hot water despite 9 girls showering! Towels provided along with a welcome hamper. A throughly enjoyable weekend in the most beautiful setting. Thank you! We hope to come back soon!

Beautiful well equipped cottage

We celebrated two special family birthdays at Beck Cottage. We were 8 adults 3 children and 2 babies. The cottage is perfect for a family get away, with comfortable bedrooms, and facilities, spacious downstairs living rooms and kitchen, and a lovely big garden with a separate games room. It is well situated for walks in the New Forest, and has a pleasant pub with a garden close by. Overall, a lovely cottage. We would certainly come back again if the opportunity arises.

Excellent in every respect!

My wife and I had a superb “Golden Wedding” weekend at Beck Cottage with our family - three daughters, their partners, four grandkids - making twelve in all. Beck Cottage was wonderful for such a three-generational gathering - immaculate, spacious facilities, a brilliant New Forest location, great games room - and an ideal garden for several competitive hide-and-seek escapades for four lively children! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to any family - whether celebrating a significant event like we were or seeking a break from life’s pressures. Clearly a great deal of creative thought has gone into equipping the cottage - many congratulations to those involved!

Lovely New Forest Cottage, beautifully presented

We rented Beck Cottage for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s 30th birthday. Our party comprised 10 adults, 2 children and one infant. The cottage was perfect for our needs and is beautifully presented, with tasteful decor and excellent equipment. The garden is beautiful with lots of nooks and crannies for the children to hide in! Our two dogs were easily accommodated. The conservatory was a great boon for dogs and humans alike. We did a fair amount of cooking ourselves and the kitchen was easy to work in. We also had a takeaway from an Indian restaurant in Fordingbridge and Sunday lunch at The Horse and Groom next door. We walked dogs in the forest and went on long cycle rides. All in all an excellent stay and to be highly recommended.

Amazing Cottage

Wow, such a lovely cottage for our annual family holiday. Spacious rooms, comfy furniture and beds and a lovely fitted kitchen. The garden is very pretty and the games room was great fun for all.

Spacious family friendly character property

Well equipped and spacious and true to the property details. With atrocious weather over Easter the games room with table tennis and table football proved to be a great hit. It was good to have the shop and pub in the village within a short walk from the property.

Beautiful Cottage

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week before Christmas at Beck Cottage. It was a large group of all ages from 64 down to 18months. It suited us all. A marvellous Games Room for the older children. The cottage itself was immaculate and extemely tastefully presented. Also, lovely location.
