“Helpfull staff, good sized room, good breakfast. ”

“Very small room doubblebed only 140 cm wide”

“Lovely personal, fresh room. Nice beer garden. Food ok. Breakfast quite nice.”

“The hotel was further from Lyndhurst than I expected and although that wasn't an issue, it was further than I anticipated. This for us was the only downside to the stay. The room was cosy and comfortable and somewhat quirky. We loved its uniqueness. The hotel restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed our dinner there on our overnight stay. We would definitely stay again as it was convenient for a stop over before embarking on a cruise the following day from Southampton.”

“So impressed with our superior room, with terrace and a lovely hot tub! Such good value for money. The room was so spacious and perfect for a 2 night stay. Great walks very close and Fordingbridge is lovely for a wander. The Three Lions pub was so nice, the food was great on both nights, really friendly and polite staff. We are planning on returning for our anniversary weekend next year.”

“Nice hotel. Good staff and located in central Lyndhurst. The only negative was the noise from the road just beside the hotel.”

“Trevligt hotell med pub och restaurang”

“All good. Moderate priced hotel great for a good nights sleep and clean. Free parking!”

“Was in the extension bit of the hotel and was in need of a refurb. Love the main building, bar, lobby area. Location top notch and comfy nights sleep”

“This was my first stay in DoubleTree Southampton and it’ll be the first on my list of places to stay when I return to the city again. Friendly staff, fantastic rooms, great shower in room, great food and atmosphere and breakfast was top notch. Definitely recommend this hotel.”
