I have been different 4* hotel, but I didn’t respect like this service since we checked in.
1)Parking- Different staff said different things.
2)Bedroom- Towels are yellowish colour, not white. Beding Cover and pillowcases, they both have greasy smell, and spots stain.
3)Bathroom- Shower rail holder was broken, shower head was yellowish, hand basin was blocked.
4)I didn’t expect I need to pay for hot chocolate for myself, one of the receptionist said because I ordered from the bar.( But the things was, nobody in the reception how can I ask?)
5)I didn’t expect there were No chocolate powder offer in the room at all, only essential brand coffees and Twinnings tea bags. ( Is that a 4* hotel service will be like this??)
6)We finished breakfast in the dining area, but we just hang around to finish our hot drink, one of the staff just shout out and talk with her colleague , breakfast time is finish at 10……(Is that a 4*hotel service will be like this??)
7)I saw different guests try to request something or asking somethings,they seems to have the same answer ( I didn’t know that, no one passed me a message, let me go to find out for that ) lol….lol….
(Is that a 4*hotel service will be like this??) They are only smile on you when you are checked out and leaving the hotel.lol….lol….
The review I wrote which is from my heart,and I went to different Double tree before, they were not like this honestly.Hopefully this review it will help your management team to looking for a new solution
