“Very nice room”

“Room: 8.5/10 Staff: 10/10 Amenities: 10/10 Noise: 8.5/10 The room was great, could be a little bigger but for short stays it’s plenty of space. I do want to note that the room we booked did not have a microwave but they do have one in the “kitchen/dining” area on the main level in the lobby. The staff were wonderful & accommodating when things began to go wrong for myself & my daughter’s trip the front desk manager kept a level head and calm demeanor which helped me to calm myself as well. “A decent place for the money, we would stay here again. We wanted a highly rated hotel for a low rate (who doesn't) with free breakfast, pool, hot tub, and fitness room. It's clean, but not in new condition anymore hence the lower price, but still fine. Nice hot tub, pool, small waterslide great for kids maybe 8-12 yr range. “The room was clean and a nice size. The hotel was really nice and in a great location. Only issue we had was there was no food for breakfast. All the hot food was gone. We were down there for 40 mins and nothing was ever restocked. We had to ask for milk for the cereal which was all we really were able to get that morning. It was rather disappointing. “The kiddie pool was cold. We asked about it and it was “fixed” but honestly it barely got warmer. There were lots of kids there but none stayed in that part for more than 10 mins. We have a toddler and we’re planning on spending most of our time in the playground pool but didn’t spend any time there. ”
