“Room was clean and the bed comfortable. The pool was like fresh sewage. ”

“The location and the outside area felt sketchy. Still thought we would give it a chance. The lobby looked nice. The room looked nice, however, there were ants in the bathroom and the blankets were stained. We decided right away that we just werent going to stay there. I went and checked out after only being there for 15 mins. When i told the guy at the front desk that we weren't going to stay and why, he didn't say anything, just checked us out on the computer and told me have a nice day.”

“Everything was fine except the pool & hot tub were closed for repairs which really disappointed our granddaughter. The plans were that she would come over & use the pool with Grandma & Grandpa while we were visiting. ”

“Everything was looking good and was good until I woke up in the morning with my legs completely covered in bedbug bites. I’m not the one to report anything to authority if things are taken care of. Please, I can’t remember my room number but it was the second floor. Take care of the infestation before someone will report you to the health authorities”

“The room we got initially we had problems with the entry key not working. What a pain to experience. Finally had to take a different room and not what we registered for.”

“Booked room about 3 Weeks ago for a comedy show in the area...the day of the show...go an email from the hotel saying "the elevator" was down...thinking it might be working in time for check-in...get to the hotel just to find out the elevator been down since October 25'..this should've been know well before check-in date...so now it's either go pay 3x as much for a close hotel or walk up 3 flights of steps because no one in the area has rooms available...VERY POOR MANAGEMENT 😡😡😡‼️”

“The location is great, right off the interstate and near many restaurants, shops, and a mall. The staff is friendly and super helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. ”

“Needed a cot, food options were limited and what was available, was too expensive for what you got. Limited amenities. Probably exploring other options next time. Not terrible, just not the most pleasant experience. Elevator situation desperately needs improvement ”
