“Our room was unsatisfactory.. the pool area the hot tub was down and it was very crowded ”

“Everything was looking good and was good until I woke up in the morning with my legs completely covered in bedbug bites. I’m not the one to report anything to authority if things are taken care of. Please, I can’t remember my room number but it was the second floor. Take care of the infestation before someone will report you to the health authorities”

Ice machine on 2nd floor did not work, elevator had the smokey motor scent, TV service was constantly offline displaying "scramble channels or weak signal", hallway carpet smelled, room had the musky odor until I opened the window and turn on the fan for an hour, and mattress seemed old and way too soft. Like the room layout and clean washroom.”

“I had a very concerning experience during my recent stay. Upon opening the sofa bed in our room, I discovered bedbugs. After checking further, a chair in the room was heavily infested. One member of our party works in pest control and confirmed the issue immediately. I reported this to the front desk and requested someone come inspect the room, but staff refused. Due to the conditions, we did not stay in the room and were moved to another hotel. At that time, I was clearly told that I would...

“Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. ”

“Location was good for wasnt far from where i was going, staff was kind, rooms can stand for upgrade in bed, comforters and breakfast. Comforter had stains on them even though they where.clean price to high for the hotel”

“We requested a non smoking room. The room smelled so strong like cigarettes. Sheets were dirty. They clearly weren’t washed because we found an earring in the bed. Bugs in the bathroom. We requested to move to a different hotel but they wouldn’t work with us. I wouldn’t have my worst enemy stay here. ”

“Pool was broken when we arrived and the duration of our stay, which was half of the reason that we chose this one over others. Room itself was fine, hotel was out of rollaway beds that we’d requested. Overall the stay was fine but the value was not there, should have stayed at Embassy. ”
