Country House 'Sa Cabana Vella Fornalutx' with Mountain View, Pool and Wi-Fi

Sa Cabana Vella is a beautiful rustic-Majorcan style finca for 7 people in the mountain of Fornalutx, a popular village in Mallorca, which has received several awards as one of the most beautiful villages in Spain. Only 5 km from the centre of Fornalutx, 5 km from Sóller and 9 km from Puerto de Sóller and its beautiful beach.

The space

The house of approx. 330 m2 consists of a large living room, indoor kitchen, glazed outdoor kitchen, 3 bedrooms: 2 double and 1 triple. It also has 2 bathrooms and 1 guest toilet. Its exterior consists of 1500 m2, and of them, 500 m2 garden.



The location is perfect, at the foot of Puig Major, the highest mountain in the Balearic Islands. Ideal for those who are looking for peace, harmony and to be in contact with nature.

You will be able to enjoy the garden, always in perfect condition, its variety of centenary olive trees, plants, terraces and spaces to enjoy and relax.



The private swimming pool measures approximately 4,50 x 8.000 m and has a depth of approximately 1.80 m. Garden furniture, terraces, sunshades and towels are provided.



From the pool, terraces and the house, you can enjoy unbeatable views over the valley of Sóller and Fornalutx.



The finca is ideal for couples, families and/or hikers who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in the beautiful mountain scenery of the Serra de Tramontana (a UNESCO World Heritage Site).



Parties or similar events are no allowed.

The minimum age to do the check-in is 25 years old.



An important fact: As the access road to the finca is very narrow and steep, we recommend renting a small car.

Amenities and common areas

Heating is available on request at an extra cost.

There is no air conditioning but there are powerful fans.

The house is usually cool on summer evenings as it is quite high up in the mountains.

Check-in after 9 pm can be arranged for an extra fee.
