“Pep hat uns Ă€ußerst freundlich begrĂŒĂŸt und den check in gemacht. Super Lage, mitten im Olivenhain mit Schafen vor der TĂŒr. Einzig die Anfahrt ist ein Abenteuer, kleiner Wirtschaftsweg, der nur einspurig befahrbar ist mit einigen S-Kurven. Wir empfehlen unbedingt mit einem Kleinwagen zu fahren. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet, alles fĂŒr einen erholsamen Aufenthalt ist da. Pep war immer freundlich und ansprechbar und ist auch sofort gekommen, wenn mal was nicht funktioniert hat. Insgesamt 5 Sterne...

“The villa is great, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The town is beautiful and peaceful, lots of lovely restaurants and cafes, all within walking distance. The pool is indoors, which was great from safety perspective (we were able to close the doors and restrict our toddler’s access). It’s a bit cold for kids though (around 24 degrees C)”

Was man wissen muss, das Haus ist etwas abgelegen, ein Auto ist empfehlenswert. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es nur oberhalb an der Straße, die Beifahrerseite am Straßenrand, ganz dicht an einer Hecke.Ein kleines Auto ist zu empfehlen. ”

“Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity.”

“My friend group took our annual trip international for the first time, and the bar couldn't have been set higher by Matilde and her villa. The property was absolutely gorgeous with plenty of room both inside and out to relax and hang out. “We enjoyed our stay very much. Nothing was missed for a top rest. Design and equipment of the finca are fantastic, the communication with Suzana was excellent and very helpful. For shopping to Binissalem or Inca short distances, to Palma or Alcudia also only approx. 30min. And a "feeling of freedom" is guaranteed due to the fact that there are no neigbours in clother distance (apart from brown hares :-)”

“Nous avons vraiment apprĂ©ciĂ© notre sĂ©jour. La maison est chaleureuse, simple avec tout ce que nous avons besoin. La vue de la maison est magnifique et trĂšs bien situĂ© Ă  environ 15 minutes de marche du centre de Soller. il est recommandĂ© d’arriver avec une petite voiture car les routes sont Ă©troites. Il y a une lĂ©gĂšre montĂ©e pour arriver jusqu’à la maison. Pour les personnes avec mobilitĂ© rĂ©duite, ça pourrait ĂȘtre difficile. Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique et rĂ©ponds rapidement aux messages....
