Fritidshus i Fort Augustus

“Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. In der alten Molkerei war alles vorhanden was gebraucht wird. Wir haben von dort aus einzelne Tagesausflüge in die Highlands unternommen. Einziger und auch größter Kritikpunkt war der leicht muffige Geruch in der Wohnung. Ich bin nicht sicher ob es nur daran lag, dass es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr viel geregnet hat.”

“We had a lovely stay at Veronica's cottage- Oak Cottage. It was much bigger than we anticipated, spacious and light and airy. A lovely surprise! Very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. Veronica left fresh eggs, milk and biscuits which were much appreciated. This cottage genuinely has everything you could ever need and more. A large freezer and undercounter fridge. A dishwasher, all the cooking utensils you could ever need. A washer and a dryer. Books and dvds etc. The animals are...

“What a beautiful property, everything had been thought of. The cottage was super-clean and cosy with lovely views and friendly hosts. If the weather had been cold we would have been very snug with the underfloor heating and wood-burner. As it was, we were just right and Siobhan had included lots of little extras which made it extra special. Highly recommended 😊”

“For the amount of money I think some improvement on the sofa was uncomfortable and rather low. The oven stopped working on Thursday and owner called but wasn’t fixed for us to use for rest of stay a token of thirty pounds was given for a meal. But apart from that place was very nice and great view of lock ouch. Ducks friendly too lol had everything you needed but no tv”

“If only the owners would listen to the customer feedback from previous guests! All the same niggling issues stop this from getting g a 5 star rating. Dirty pots and pans, a central heating system that needed to be rebooted constantly, poor level of cleaning generally, all have been commented on by previous guests!”

“The property was amazing, immaculate and the surrounding area was stunning The property had everything needed for self catering with hand soap and loo roll in all the bathrooms We hired the hot tub which was great there was flip flops and dressing gowns available, the hosts attention to detail was superb I would definitely recommend this property for larger groups”

“Really great place! The Highland Club is beautiful with lots to do. We loved Moat House 1. Comfy beds, great shower and bathtub. Nice sitting room upstairs and kitchen is pretty and updated. The kids (15, 19 & 21) all loved it! The cloisters were beautiful and the whole area is just great! I really recommend it!”
