“The main reason I got the room at that hotel was for the hot tub in the room and it didn’t even work also the remote to the tv didn’t work so I couldn’t even watch tv. Floor was kinda dirty had to wear my slides the entire time. And I was in and out of the room for the main part after I checked in so when I got back with my fiancé and found out the tub didn’t work we were so tired we didn’t feel like having to move and deal with all of that bs so I told the lady when I checked out but no one...

“Noisy, bad breakfast”

“We stay here everytime we come home from Florida. Staff is very friendly. You can tell they are trying to update. Our room was good other than the shower looked old, the bathroom was cleaned ok, but could have been better. The bed was not the comfiest and it had 3 smallish pillows.”

“Sheets and towels were dingy. Toilet wasn't properly cleaned. Stains on the walls.”

“We arrived at 11 pm. It was pouring out and there is no awning/covered area for unloading. We drove to a competitor’s facility to get our overnight items ready so we wouldn’t get soaking wet. The receptionist was completely indifferent and not helpful. The hotel is clean and has lots of little thoughtful amenities that we appreciated. We woke up at 8 a.m. to someone banging on our door asking if we needed towels- no because we just checked in 9 hours ago. I mentioned this to the staff downstairs...

“Wonderful hotel right in the center of town. Easy check in and nice breakfast. One slight issue is the heating/air conditioning units are a bit troublesome but still slept well.”

“Advertised as breakfast included. We were very disappointed, no coffee, just 2 types of juice, a hot oatmeal and 2 cold cereals available. Staff were not very informative.”

“Was in town for my son's graduation with my 80 year old father with mobility issues. I reserved and ADA room and there ended up being some maintenance that needed to be done before we arrived. Wendy at Jackson Park Inn reached out to me proactively before we arrived and worked and corresponded with me several times to make sure they had a solution that worked for his mobility issues. I was very grateful for her. The staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!”
