“When I arrived at the hotel, my room was not ready. I waited for approximately two hours, and it was still not available. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tried to help by putting me in another room. Unfortunately, the door to that room did not lock properly. “I like that they are clearly making every effort to improve the property. It will be nice when all the renovations are completed. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. I asked for our linens to be changed part way through our stay, and it didn’t get done. I would have also liked our room to be tidied each day (garbage cans emptied, etc) but that did not happen either.”
